As we entered this restaurant location for the first time, and after waiting 5 minutes we were not greeted. Instead we were told “you guys just seat yourselves.” No traditional Hello, or Welcome.
So we seated ourselves at one of the bar area high top tables and 10 min. later our server greeted us (as she was trying to put on a good face) without a menu and explained there was only two cooks on duty and the food will take awhile. So we ordered an appetizer and drinks.
The appetizer order of cheese sticks were delivered 34 mins into the meal and without marinara sauce, the server told me they out of the sauce (had I known this initially, it would have changed my order.)
The meals were delivered 47 min. after the appetizer.
The first order was wrong. I ordered the 6&6, and only received 6 boneless wings. No bone in wings, no coleslaw, no fries, and squirt of BBQ sauce on it.
The second order was correct, but the fries were extremely dry. The server was kind enough to remove the charge for them.
Overall, just a bad experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff appeared to be unconcerned, un welcoming and lacked enthusiasm for the patrons. They were not rude, but appeared to be just going through the motions, which frankly detracted from the entire dinning experience.
It’s a shame, because in my humble opinion if something doesn’t change drastically at this franchise location, it probably won’t be around much longer. Just a BAD dinning experience.

If you want to wait like close to three hours for food, this is your place. The only reason why im giving this place three stars is because of our waiter, she was polite and a hard worker. It took like a hour for appetizers to come out. Not even gonna lie the trio dip was hot and fresh, my daughter cheese curbs was fried hard, my other daughter buffalo tots were extremely cold but my third daughter and son mozzarella sticks and fried pickles were hot so 80% of our appetizers were good. I’m wasn’t going to order entrees because how long it took to receive our appetizers but we came from Panama City and enjoying a family night out, so my husband and I said why not. This is where I lost my patience but not with the waiter because she was working like five tables plus ours. It took close to a hour to receive i’m our entrees. My husband ordered 20 all flats well done and buffalo dry rub, not going to lie it was good and cook exactly how my husband wanted them. My first daughter ordered the bacon mac n cheese burger, she enjoyed it but the fries were extremely cold and she was the only person the receive fries with her meal the the same time. My son ordered buffalo boneless wings, his tots came out like 15 mins after him eating his boneless wings, my second daughter she just ordered lemon pepper wings dry rub, she enjoyed them, my youngest daughter ordered their new sweet chili sauce boneless wings with fries but her fries came out 20 mins after she finished eating her wings. I ordered the chicken dippers and my patience is gone because we arrived here a little after four and now its after six. I told my waiter just bring me a to go box and the check and I’ll just take my dippers with me. They never cook the dippers so she took them off the check. This our first time here at this Buffalo Wild Wings because we stay in Panama City and all the review I read about this place being slow is 100% correct but they just need a few things that they need to work on because overall I’ll give the food 90%, the staff that they have seems like they really dont mind working but you can tell they are overworked and agitate. One girl that was a waiter walked out because she just had enough and was arguing with another member of staff. One manager was literally behind us sitting on his ass at a table while he see his team struggling and he didnt move until another manager came in the start her shift and thats when he got up and act like he been helping out. This place have great potential, I feel like it just need different managers and need to be manage in a different way. Base on how long it took for us the receive our food and the inconsistencies of the timing of when we received our food, that’s the only reason why we will not give this location another chance. We arrive here a little after 4 and we didnt leave till 630pm. Hopefully they will fix it because they do have great potential at this location!

Ordered 1 draft beer and 15 bine in wings with a side of fries at 715 pm on 2/20/2026. Beer arrived at 738. At 745 my wife asked another waitress for a refill of ice water and then when. Our waitress returned around 805 pm we asked if we could have it to go. She said that it wasn’t even close! They were not busy at all and most people had no food! We would normally not eat at an empty restaurant ( a sign they are not good) but we assumed that they were a large franchise….guess we were wrong! We are just passing thru amd do not recommend eating here..order pizza from 5 Star Pizza across the street. They did not disappoint!

The moment we walked in, we were not greeted or welcomed. Our server Kayla had a very nasty attitude and demeanor, when asking what we wanted, she rushed everyone’s order and didn’t interact with us. She didn’t come and check on us or made sure we had utensils if needed. The vibe and energy was off the whole time. They did not bring our orders out at the same time nor give us an update on them. We had to keep asking. The food was cold when it was brought out. Another worker named Sheba was very dry with us as well when asking about an update on the order. We waited almost 30 mins for my friend order to come out for the second time and all she ordered was an ultimate sampler. When we got the order, the onion rings were COLD I told my friend to check them before the server leaves so we can let her know then, the server looked at us and still ended up leaving. I didn’t get her name . Also when waiting for the check, the server Kayla didn’t come and check on us while we was here we went to other tables and check on them but didn’t come check on us. When we finally caught her, I asked her for the manager because at this point it became so ridiculous and unprofessional. She stated that she manager was unable to come because she was working in the kitchen because they was busy, that’s understandable but when there is a issue at hand it should be handled. When asking for the checks, Kayla asked us more than 5 times what our orders was. When she came back with the check and a to go box, I tried to give her my card to go ahead and pay so I could leave, she ignored and acted like she didn’t hear me. So I called her name twice and she still acting like she didn’t hear me even though she was a table close to mine. Now I do understand that they may have been understaffed, busy, or just having a bad day but the customer service needs to be better. The staff needs to do better as far as their tone deliverance and energy towards customers. I would never come back here again. This experience here has been nothing but bad. 0/10

The heavy set blond manager is rude and immature. My company used to come here multiple times a week for lunch however until somethings done about how she talks to paying customers we will not be returning. Pedro’s (right around the corner) will bring you warm food and freezing beer in half the time and with an actual smile on their face.

This is such a disappointing restaurant. We knew something was off when walking into an establishment on a Saturday night DURING the NBA Playoffs and see not only a small crowd, but several unclean tables sprinkled throughout the space. We had to ask the hostess to clean our table otherwise we were directed to take a seat at one of the “open tables” neighboring the active trash. We should’ve walked out then, but had been traveling from out of town and were desperately hungry and ready to sit down to watch the game. It’s evident that the staff working that night were very casual in their approach to cleanliness. It simply looked unkempt from the windows to the walls.
They were also noticeably understaffed which created prolonged delays receiving our order of which the waiter repeatedly apologized for. Once our food arrived, the look of disappointment really set in. Ever experienced an episode of what you ordered versus what you got? Welp, we ordered a Cobb salad and wanted to substitute the shaved chicken for hand breaded chicken. The waiter did his best to accommodate but my goodness it just wasn’t enjoyable. The tater tots were sadly room temperature and dry but the picture below depicts the tots on arrival. *sad face*
It’s very apparent that restaurant chains are having a hard time staying consistent with quality and price. We felt so shorted.
But on a high note, the wings were pretty good but we recommend only trying the spicy garlic, teriyaki, or Asian zing.
So overall this is not just a poor review of an establishment, it’s also an introspective look at our poor choices made along the way. We should’ve just left.

The only person that was helpful and nice was the bartender that took our to go order. She had to take all the orders because no one else could/knew how to work the register. If this was based on her I would have given 5 stars. But the general manager Anthony was very rude and boneless chicken was fried way too hard.

Took over an hour waiting for my order to be able to picked up. Not sure what the cause was, but its the 2nd time its happened. First time I could forgive, it happens. But this is now a pattern. If it was busy I could understand, but there are a total of 15 people seated at the time of this review. I recommend going elsewhere if you want to get some dinner.

Our server Madison (Madi) was amazing. She looked up our phone number and discovered we’re rewards members and saved us $$. She also suggested a new wing rub we had never had and loved it. She worked with the kitchen to ensure my gluten free order was recognized and appropriate actions taken. But most of all,

Came on a Saturday night and it wasn’t too busy — only about a 15-minute wait, which was great. The food was good and everything came out hot.
Unfortunately, the service is what knocked off two stars. I had Joshua as my server, and he wasn’t very attentive. After my food came out, he never checked back in. I had to stop him three separate times…once for a refill, once for celery, and finally for the check.
I understand having multiple tables, but not checking in at least once to see if everything came out okay or if anything else was needed isn’t acceptable. The food and wait time were solid, but the service really needs improvement.
