I waited in the drive-thru for several minutes while attempting to get a response from the call box, but no one answered. All of the lights were on — including the drive-thru signage — so I was concerned something might be wrong with the staff.

When I pulled up to the window, two employees looked directly at me without saying a single word. A third individual approached and gave me a noticeably hostile stare. I’m unsure if the team was attempting to shut the store down early, but this occurred before closing time.

Overall, the customer service was disappointing. McDonald’s employees should uphold better professionalism and communication.

I had occasion to pick up food for my child on my way home this evening. He asked for a Grinch happy meal, so I proceeded to this MacDonald’s location and pulled into the drive thru.

The parking lot was clean and well lit, and there was no line to place my order.

I was inform d by Quan that unfortunately there were no more Grinch meals available, so I asked my child what they would like in its place. I apologized to Quan for my holding up the order process. He was pleasant and gentile in response assuring me that I could take my time and order when ready. After a few moments my child texted me their revised order and I let Kwan know I was ready. He took my order without asking me to repeat a single item. Once I was finished he repeated it back to me, confirmed that the screen was correct, and gave me my total.

I pulled around to pay and was greeted warmly by the smiling face of Aaniah who confirmed my order and total and took my payment. She then asked if I cared for my receipt and thanked me before telling me to pull to the next window.

Sekyah was waiting there with my drink and straw, which she handed to after verifying my order. In a few moments she handed me my food with a smile and thanked me.

This was hands down the best fast food experience I had in months. The consistency of the service I received gave me the impression that this store has quality management who care for their employees and give them the training and tools to succeed. I couldn’t be more enthusiastic in my recommendation to patronize this location.

the lady with the glasses was very rude i ordered a dine in order and i put i’ll be at table 20. it was a white family that also did the same thing. She had brought their food to them. i did not get a receipt for my order but i knew i put table 20. she kept calling a number but i did not get up because i thought that my food was going to be brought to me just like the white family that was before me but i was not. She then called me stupid which i find highly unprofessional and offensive. I know my food was supposed to be brought to me but i did not get that service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!

It’s Sunday March 1 about 9 AM. Several customers have walked out due to being ignored. I decided to be patient because these are young people who may not know any better. After a while the lack of training became unbearable so me and my money walked out.

Came in again 2nd time within a month. My experience was positive. The manager with the braids was the best. I witnessed her going over and beyond to help a customer whose phone died and didn’t have a charger. She was very engaged with everyone in the dining rooms critics about the food which was so cool. If someone didn’t like something she went all out to compensate. I was skeptical about trying the chicken Mac but she encouraged me and I loved it which made other people purchase it too. I just would’ve used mayonnaise on it instead lol. Overall my food is always hot. The other employees were also extremely helpful. I will definitely keep coming back. I love the fact my food is always hot. Thank you all

Went through drive thru and ordered the Deluxe Meal. Got home to find a chicken sandwich in the bag. I tried calling back 6 times and got a message, “No one is able to answer your call.” This location is not so busy that no employee can pick up the phone. I had gotten so I wanted to see if it could be returned and get what I ordered. I feel they owe me a Deluxe Meal for disappointing and inconvenience of my time.

During a recent visit to this McDonald’s, I experienced unsatisfactory customer service. The cashier spoke in an irritated tone and was abrupt when I tried to place my order, repeatedly telling me to hurry because she was managing two lanes. The interaction felt unprofessional and made my visit unpleasant. I end up leaving and never got my food

I recognize that shifts can be busy, but courteous, patient communication is important. I hope management will address this and consider additional customer service training to improve the experience for future customers.

The whole McDonald’s smells horrible. The whole place needs a good cleaning. You can’t eat there because of the bad smell of the place. It smells horrible. You can tell that they half pass a dirty and smelly mop. You can see the dirty floor but it’s a dirty accumulated for several months without a good cleaning. If that’s the outside, I don’t want to imagine how it must be on the side of the kitchen. Apart from the service is terrible. The workers are rude with customers. They attend to the kick. My experience was horrible, I don’t recommend it.

We just left this establishment. It was a very busy day in there because of the games. Orders were getting mixed up, people were getting upset but there was a manager there who took care of everything with poise and grace. She showed patience with the customers and her staff. She even took care of a complaint from last night in the midst of it all. She was working as hard if not harder than everyone there. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but she was African American, with crochet hair, 30s maybe. I just wanted to make sure credit was given where credit is due! Great job young lady!!!

Staff couldn’t care less about customers. They all were talking to each other ignoring the customer counter. A women wanting to get a drink had to literally yell excuse before anyone acknowledged her and they gave her a nasty look. Not worth the trouble to go.
