My wife ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki on flatbread..was told no longer caries flatbread,so she got it on Italian herbs,and cheese,asked for toasted ,got home and realized…not only NOT toasted,but Also no chicken anywhere in her sandwich…..this is bad yall !!!!!

Placed an order and paid a week ago.
2 sub trays and veggie tray.
Got there and they had been given to someone else.
Girls there did not even start on redoing
My order till I ask them and told them I need them for church and was in a hurry.
They never offered me anything for the inconvenience

They had just opened and the lettuce was already ugly and “pinking”. The girl that worked there was horrible and not friendly or informative. The sandwich tasted okay but, this place needs better employees. She didn’t even seem to care when we mentioned the lettuce was nasty and asked her if it looked better at the bottom. I would give zero stars for customer service alone if that were an option. Will never use this Subway again even though it”s 5 minutes from my house. Today’s date is 05/06/2023 and we were in there at 10:20 if that helps identify the employee because she had no name tag on.

Really had a great sense of urgency, very efficient, super friendly. There were 3 customers in the store and o was the 3rd one. The lady at the front of the line had 2 pizzas and 4 footlong, the 2nd customer had a protein salad and 3 footlong, and I was pleased with the wait time. They were a great team. The store was clean and I had an overall great experience.
