Made the mistake of giving papa john’s a try again after 2 years but soon got reminded by this pizza why I stopped eating here. The taste was bad and off. Toppings are uneven and uncooked. No pepperoncini in the box. This was spicy garlic with stuffed crust pizza. Wasted money.

2.5 hour delay to deliver a pizza 10 mins from location. Original estimate was 45. I truly could’ve walked to pick this up. Office stopped answering phones. App stopped tracking. We ordered pizza hut in the meantime and they showed up before this disaster of a burnt pizza did.

Absolutely the worst Papa JOHNS anywhere in Charlotte. Had to wait for 20 min for the pizza after it showed being ready on Papa track as they got some reason missed putting label on my 2 pizzas. How did the other 20 boxes around it had labels. My order was sitting there all the time but they never bothered to check. After they realized their mistake no apology for the same. Very poor customer interaction skills by the personnel who work here.
This store also skimps way too much on d toppings and the pizza taste way too bland. Something is way off on the quality of the pizza as well

Just call this location and be prepared to be amazed. Hot fresh and always delicious. While Door Dashing I stopped by to grab something for lunch. They had it ready just as they said they would within twenty minutes. I took my veggie pizza and proceeded to enjoy it while sitting in the car. Update. On 07/29/2024 I arrived to pick up a Door Dash order and was told that the pizza wouldn’t be ready for another five minutes and that I could just wait outside in my car wow. This has never happened to me before. The young girl that instructed me to return to my car was tall with black hair. The other employee was sitting in the waiting area eating pizza. Maybe I should stop delivering pizza for this location.

Usually pretty good delivery pizza but my last order they prepared a pie with zero cheese just toppings. Mind you this was a cheese stuffed crust special. Double checked my order and nothing about no cheese, strange they prepared it like that without contact and sent it out. Very surprised a normally good store messed up like this
