Definitely recommend this red lobster. Our waitress Heather was the best waitress i think I have ever had. She let our son touch and hold one of the lobsters! Always smiling and joking. Very personable, fun, and good at her job. Excellent service!

Ordered curbside at 12:51pm on a Tuesday. Confirmation email said it should be ready at 1:12pm. Arrived in spot at 1:14pm and texted back “Here” as instructions in text said to do. At 1:23pm, I called the number on the sign. The staff member that answered never apologized for the wait and really didn’t seem like they knew there was a to-go order. At 1:28pm a different staff member walked out and gave me the bag. They forgot the side of shrimp scampi and I didn’t notice until I had left. So, I lost $5 on the shrimp scampi and I even tipped the 10% for them to bring it to the car. Disappointing.

We had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster! The atmosphere was cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious — especially the seafood, which was fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. A special thanks to our server Erin, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. She made sure everything arrived on time and gave excellent recommendations. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and enjoys what she does.

I went to this establishment yesterday with my family, and was really pleased with the work, and attention to detail the staff had. We were a party of 8, which already is a lot already but every single one of my family members were taken care of. Micah and Erin in particular was phenomenal!
Micah greeted us with a warm welcome and was able to seat us quickly.
Erin, wooh!, that woman was something else! She was so attentive, quick on her feet, made us laugh, problem solving, and met every need.
She was great and I hope they both get recognized for their over and above behavior/attitudes!

Definitely would recommend!!!

I’ve been to many Red Lobster restaurants over the years, all over the United States.
I find the food differs mostly by whomever is cooking and what State I’m in at the time.
Though this restaurant is in the busy town of Naperville, I found it interesting that the parking lot was empty when we arrived. (Honestly I wondered if this was one they shut down?)
We ate alone until finally another couple showed up about the time we were done. I am surprised they don’t have a better lunch crowd?!
Our waiter was friendly and attentive.
I had the unlimited soup, salad and biscuits lunch special. My salad and biscuits were excellent….well let’s be honest the biscuits are always good.
My clam chowder was okay, it wasn’t as thick as I’m used to getting at other locations and it came to me warm, not hot, but warm….that kind of defeated the reason for getting soup.
This location could also really benefit with some grounds work, and building upgrades like paint. The inside also looks worn.
When I review a place I take it all in, not just the food. Presentation is a big thing that bring people coming through the doors.
I did take a picture of the lobsters being put in the tank. They were big one, and if you want to pick one out for them to cook, be ready to lay out $100 or more, or so I was told.

We came in the day before my Son’s first B-day and our waitress Heather was so sweet she brought out a plate that said “I’m One!” With some ice cream and she got him his “Lil lobster” certificate. She also brought out a whole live lobster! my son was so happy 10/10 we will definitely be coming back.
