This location HAS a play place BUT they do not allow their customers to use it. It is used as a computer office space and closet. When I asked them about the use of the play place they said they DO NOT have one and have told Google to update the description on Google Maps, “but they (Google) won’t do it”.
Terrible. Lying management, terrible customer service and misrepresentation of amenities.
They are using the excuse of COVID (5 years later) as being the reason they “don’t have a play place” that they actually DO HAVE but refuse to allow their customers access to it.
They deserve ZERO stars. As a family of two 3 year olds driving 12 hours during the holidays, this location was chosen to stretch legs and get energy out. We were very disappointed and disheartened by the blatant dishonesty and lack of care for families.
This location is NOT family oriented.

We come here often. Typically it is fine. Better than most fast food. Last few times the fries have been cold. This time we ordered the kids chicken nuggets & fries. We get home and see we got grilled chicken pieces and they smelled RANCID. We tried and it was so gross. Disappointing because we realized this once we were home. Make sure to check ur food while there!

Amazing service!! This Chick-fil-A is the best branch. We ordered food through mobile, picked it up in the drive-through, and drove all the way home before looking in the bag and realizing they forgot a sandwich! I drove all the way back, and the wonderful employees not only made me the sandwich, but they gave me a full refund on the sandwich and threw in a bonus cookie. Way more than I expected! It’s been a super cold day so I felt a little bad for all the trouble. These employees (and their manager) deserve the world.

I often drive about 15 minutes to this Chick-Fil-A and every time I go through the drive-thru, I see Domi. She is unbelievably kind and always brightens my day with a simple, “Good to see you again.” The fact that she recognizes a not-so-regular regular in a line that serves thousands is truly a gift. Her warmth makes my mornings brighter and she is such a light. Domi is a true treasure to this Chick-Fil-A, and because of her, I’ll make it a point to come to this location every time.

So I am a doordasher. I understand that restaurants are allowed by policy but also doordash has a safety rating to prevent things like that. Which if you take the food eventually the platform will deactivate you and kick you off of the platform. Doordash on the platform. It is unprofessional and it makes that person look like a thief when all I’m trying to do is provide for my family and do my job. I understand that there is people out there that shouldn’t be doing. Doordashing because they are taking the food but so is customers that say they don’t get their order and it’s very unprofessional and this place was definitely there. I go into plenty of restaurants that don’t ask us to do that ever. Like I said very unprofessional. I wouldn’t suggest go in there. The atmosphere is not good. If before you walk out they’re telling you confirm or you can’t take the order. Just really trying to do my job. I did call the manager to discuss that with her and it’s all she did. Was just rush me off the phone so I wouldn’t suggest going to this. Chick-fil-A there is plenty of other ones out there that don’t make you confirm the order

Every time I’ve ordered from this Chick-fil-A, they get my order wrong. It’s not that hard to read the ticket. I get my order to go because I am in a rush most times. If you order from here, make sure you check your bag for all correct items. I will not be ordering from this location again. It sucks!!!

This was my very first chik-fil-A experience and I most say it was the BEST the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was cleaned to spotless. Service was very fast and I honestly can say I LOVED everything about it!

Did not serve me breakfast when I arrived at 10:29 A.M. Breakfast ends at 10:30 during the week…mind you, it’s black history month✊ I am actively working with my lawyers to get this location shut down. I will CONSIDER dropping the charges only IF my co workers and I (who were also deeply affected by this) can get some sort of compensation. Good day.

I frequent here, and I make it very clear what my order is. Every. Single. Time. Without failure. They seem to get my order wrong. Next time I go I’m going to ask for my meal free. This is unacceptable.
