If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered directly through the Mcdonald’s app
of course they mess up my order, and sends my food to me already opened.
I call this location, they tell me I had to contact DoorDash (I did not order my food through DoorDash.)
I contact door dash and they of course can not help since I did order with them. At the same time my partner contacted McDonalds through the app, and lo and behold, the app is refunding the order.
The Gen. Manager Anthony that I spoke with had a nice tone and wanted to help, however he should make sure he’s aware of the protocol, as well as make sure employees aren’t bagging food that is still clearly opened.

I have been to this McDonalds before and got great service and fairly good meals. Today “Megan the manager” missed the mark. I picked up and upon eating I reached out to the team and reported I had an issue with my chicken in one of my snack wraps I explain that it was chewed up but I still had it I wanted to possibly come back the next day and get it remade. The strip tasted like it was fully gristle or something other than chicken texture. She proceed to tell me to bring the snack wrap back and they will inspect it and make me a new one. So let me be clear you want me to keep chewed up chicken so you can inspect it tomorrow, girl be for real! Well here you go photo proof! I don’t need that remake either now. Let everyone see the quality and service that coming out of that location. Well done Megan!

Horrible after they close they don’t shut down their door dash orders. Which is fine but they have a full staff and both of my orders had a 30 minute wait time… I sat in their drive thru for 30 minutes finally after the 2nd 30 minute wait time without my order I cancelled the order and refused to accept any more from this location it is by far the worse show of competence I have ever seen. They here employees getting a check to hang out all night it’s horrible service save your money or order somewhere else!!

We stopped to get a burger real quick on our way home. We only ordered one hamburger, not even the whole meal, and we were asked to park. Everyone was being asked to. It was not busy, there was no one behind us. The only reason is to improve drive through times. But the thing is, it’s a DRIVE THROUGH, if I wanted to park I would go inside. My next stop will be to the corporate website and will let them know how you cut the drive through times.

Horrible McDonald’s only use this one when there’s no other option. Pulled up to the drive through and was greeted with a “what do you want” waited for 10 minutes because they said the computer was down but the other drive through line was moving quickly. Pulled up to pick the food up and was told I was being argumentative because I didn’t want to park so they can bring the food out. Normally I don’t care but 10 cars passed us ordering and the 10 more passed us while we were waiting for them to bring out 2 cheeseburgers and a quarter pounder.

I visited McDonald’s, and the girl who took my order made a mistake. I was missing a daily double meal. Once I realized my order was incorrect, I went to report it as being rung up incorrectly. The manager, Megan, was extremely rude and accused me of never ordering the correct food. She also took the incorrect order back to the window and only gave me a sandwich, which was not what I ordered. I advised her that it was a meal, but she continued to go back and forth with me about the order. Instead of investigating and seeing what I was originally charged for, she even stated that the charge on my card was not from McDonald’s. The service was very upsetting, and I will not be going back to that McDonald’s ever again.

Rather than taking responsibility for an incorrect order, the staff became flustered and defensive, even going so far as to say, “You’re holding up the line.” This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting.
It’s clear that this location suffers from poor training and a lack of leadership. Customer service should focus on resolving issues calmly and courteously, not creating a scene over a simple mistake. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that management and corporate review this store’s operations and provide proper training on professionalism and customer interaction.

I usually only order coffee so I can’t say much about the food itself. They can be a little slow but it appears to be an overload of online orders. I had taken the icebox off because last night it was a lot more comfortable. But it’s back yo icebox so I’m leaving it. I am also adding that tonight I wanted over 5 minutes for someone to take my order and when she got there she asked the people behind me what they wanted and it wasn’t until I said I had been there first she changed her mind. She is also the one that gave a drive through customer crap when his order was wrong. This mcdonaldsvwill not get my business again.
