Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The food tasted alright but the presentation is absolutely horrendous, it’s like they don’t even try when preparing these meals. I asked for no tomatoes on my chicken strip wrap and it was still on there. If something doesn’t change soon I will no longer be visiting this Whataburger.

I spent almost $150 on a bundle of food last night…. They told us the fries were fresh, that there was spicy ketchup and everything was in the box and bags. We live directly across the street behind Walgreens which is extremely close and less than 3 minutes away from this location. We got home started passing out food to our children only to realize nothing was fresh and that we just wasted a good bit of money! Everything… and I mean everything was awful. The burgers were dry and had no cheese (which I paid extra for), the wings barely sauced, the fry’s and onion rings were the oldest thing in the bundle. What pushed me over the edge to write this review however is the fact that we deliberately said no regular ketchup only spicy the guy who gave us our food said that he only put spicy in the order. We get home dump it out and there are 2 spicy ketchups and about 12 regular. That being said we won’t be back! The food was horrible and a waste of money.

System down – no problem. Tell us & let us know it’s gonna be 20 minutes before we get our food in a fast food restaurant drive thru. Give customers the option of waiting that long or going elsewhere. They told me I had an upgrade for the wait…I didn’t…& then they added things to my burger I didn’t like or ask for. But at this point, I’m starving. They didn’t even offer to correct it. I was already disappointed that whataburger got rid of lemon pies…they were always my fav – I didn’t ask for anything unreasonable or extra. I only wanted what I ordered & I couldn’t even get that. And then to be lied to about an upgrade – & stared at blankly with an “I’m sorry for the wait” but not for lying or getting my order wrong, & not even attempting to fix it. How’re you NOT going to fix my order, NOT give me what you said you did, and GIVE me something I didn’t even order?! Now I’m picking extra things off my burger that I didn’t ask for & eating smaller portions than what they were supposed to give me bc I was too hungry to argue with someone not interested in correcting the mistake. It’s sad bc I LUV whataburger! Idk what’s going on with them lately, but maybe it’s time to switch it up…

The young lady working the front counter, Marley, was very friendly and provided excellent customer service and was very helpful when bringing out the order to the table, she provided extra condiments to go along with my meal. Very refreshing to see a young person that does her job and is actually genuinely happy to be at work and takes pride in doing a good job and provides a pleasant dining experience for all of her customers.

This location provided a great experience. We placed a large family order, and Jordan handled it perfectly, showing incredible patience and such respectfulness throughout the ordering process, he made sure everything was correct. The positive experience continued when Kamara delivered our food with a wonderful energy, making sure all our drinks were correct also. On top of the fantastic service from both Jordan and Kamara, the food itself tasted great and was cooked great. Thank you!

They’d get a five except they left the onions on my burger. I DO NOT like onions. Other than that everything was great. We did drive thru and they had a young man waiting by the speaker to take your order, he was sweet and very efficient with his little tablet.

I don’t get the hype. I stopped by Whataburger expecting something special, and what I got was a long wait, bad service, and zero sense of urgency from the staff. The food was really bad and clearly not fresh—the burger was soggy, tasted old, and the fries seemed like they’d been sitting out way too long. My order was still wrong after repeating it twice. For the price and the reputation, this was seriously disappointing. If you’re craving fast food, there are plenty of places that do it quicker and better.

I was truly impressed with the excellent customer service at this location. As a first-timer at Whataburger, the manager took the time to walk me through the menu, making the experience welcoming, the staff was very friendly, the place was clean, plus there’s ample parking available. Overall, I highly recommend giving this location a try.
