I bought four menu items specifically to win Monopoly stickers. I even told the employee who receives the payment that I wanted to order only items from the Monopoly menu. My boyfriend is a quadriplegic in a wheelchair, so we dream of having a van for him. That’s why we are participating in the game. But the employees are stealing the Monopoly stickers from the customers. Of the 4 items I paid for, they only gave me 2 stickers. So when I saw that I asked the employee and she said “oh we don’t have more stickers because the game was discontinued already” I answered her “no, its not, can I please have my stickers that I paid for?” She said “no, we don’t have anymore” and ignored me completely. She didn’t even give me my receipt. This is so mean and not nice, to play with peoples dreams and money.

I live far away, or I’d go more often. Never a complaint, until Valentine’s Day morning. An ignorant driver in a very large truck blocked the exit at the door by the drive through. My friend tried to walk around that truck, and hit his head on a sign. He didn’t say anything until later; I don’t know exactly what happened. It’s a small parking lot, and they do their best to mark the traffic directions but this sign is too low. (My friend is 5’7″).

I was not to impressed with my experience at this particular McDonald’s. We ordered our food, and it took awhile to get to us. When it was finally time to eat our three apple pies, we realized our pies were eight hours old.
There are stickers on the sides of the boxes for a reason, if an employee realizes a product is expired. Then throw it out.
Just don’t serve it to the customers instead of making something fresh.

I ordered breakfast on 12/13 at 10:48am. Breakfast stops at 11:00am. I’m in the drive through like for about 15 mins waiting to get to the speaker because the line is so long. I finally get to the speaker to give my code to them and I’m waiting again to speak to someone. No one answered me right away. I was still waiting to give my code to the employee. I finally said hello after waiting about 10-15 mins and they answered and I told them I had a code and I gave it to them(now it’s way after 11) waiting all that time in the drive through the lady said that those are breakfast item and I need to cancel the order because they switched over to lunch. How when I have ordered way before 11 I should be abled to get my food. She said No I can’t get it because we have switched over to lunch for me to come inside and speak to a manager. I went inside and was standing at the counter for 15 mins all the employees looks right at me and no one helped me. Like I was invisible to them. No one came to speak to me even when I said hello! This is outrageous and I will be taking this up with corporate. If this is how they treat they customers and doesn’t have respect for us I will never order at this location ever again. The manager Amber was there and she didn’t do anything to help me. Just a bad rep from an employee to a customer.

I’m hanging out over here while I wait for dog Sophie, I’m watching finish at beachside grooming. Had lunch off from the Valium menu and after about an hour got an iced coffee and I might get a strawberry shake before I’m done. Oh yeah and I was number one.

tonight on 01/28/2026, the service, food, and atmosphere was horrendous!! couldnt go to the bathrooms because there was throw up all over the bathrooms! there was people working that looked really sick and werent washing their hand! they got my orders wrong and it was like know one wanted to talk to the customers! with them not washing their hands they were touching the top of the lids and carrying the drinks from the lobby to drive thur window. the guys that looked really sick went to the bathroom came out didn’t wash his hands. also of course i ordered from touch screens and it didnt print out my receipt so i cant go back and get the food i didnt get and fix the food that is wrong and exchange the food that is cold!! the manager was walking around on his phone not helping anyone and when i asked him for my cups that i didnt get he didnt look at me, McDonald’s you need to do better and make that store location in nsb on us1 on ridgewood better!! i guess im going to BURGER King from now on!

This location sucks. They’re always rude, inattentive, and just purely awful. Every time I’m here the service is terrible and they always forget something or mess up the order. Learn how to be professional like the rest of us employed people, be so serious. If you know you’re in a bad mood and can’t handle your minimum wage job go get your MANAGER. That’s what they’re there for. Macs on 44 for the win, get your attitudes in check or get a different job. God bless.

Out of the 2 McDonald’s in the NSB & Edgewater area, this one is the place to go! Friendly & helpful staff and food done right! Bring a sweater, it’s a little heavt on the AC, if you’re dining in.

I don’t get why this place has such crappy service.
I order the grinch fries with my sandwich. Fries are cold, I ask for a fresh fry, and get an exchange immediately, cold and rubbery… they give me the grinch salt but no bag to shake the fries… the girl at the counter didn’t know anything about the shaker bag as it was being advertised on the screen behind her. Turns out the don’t have shaker bags. By this time the fries are inedible anyway.
