What an adorable find! Got the cranberry pecan chicken salad plate – excellent (the egg tasted a little weird though). Hubby got The Rachel on sourdough w seasoned fries. Very good. I got a croissant and it would’ve been nice warmed or toasted – was cold.
A cute gift shop and bakery is part of it too. Everything looked amazing and fresh. Two separate seating areas as well as outside. Great service and nice decor.

Put the Pfeiffer Cafe and Confections on your dining plans in Shelby. We had the Quiche, Chicken Fiesta Salad and the American Burger. All were outstanding. As burgers and fries I haven’t had one this good in years! We got some dessert items too. The Pumpkin Pie Ooey Gooey cake was life changing. It was spicy and sweet. The prices for all items were very reasonable, and our server was excellent.

The staff was very friendly from our walk in the door. You have outdoor and indoor dinning. The Catolina burger was incredible and it had fresh hamburger meat. The house chips were not greasy. My wife got Cranberry-Pecan chicken salad croissant was delicious. They also have desert area with homemade deserts and they taste incredible. Then to top it off they have a gift shop.

Stopped at this restaurant with some co-workers about a month or two ago. There were not that many vegetarian options, which was disappointing. I did find a flat bread that sounded good. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we were able to sit outside because it was a nice day. The server was very nice and the food was decently priced. Wish they had more vegetarian options, but overall it’s a nice little cafe.

I really love Pfeiffers! The cranberry chicken salad is amazing and the fried okra is a perfect match. I do wish they worked with Door Dash for delivery, but it’s not too hard to call in and pick up myself. It’s worth it!

The $14 turkey avocado sandwich doesn’t actually have avocado on it, just “avocado mayonnaise” and there was only meat on one half of my sandwich. The server walked by us 4 times before I finally could get her attention (there were only 2 other tables occupied in the section) and I told her the sandwich wasn’t what I expected and I’d like a grilled cheese instead. Several minutes later the server came back with another woman who told me in a very confrontational tone that the sandwich isn’t supposed to have avocado on it. I repeated my request to substitute a grilled cheese and waited another 20 minutes until it finally arrived. My partner was already halfway done with his meal before I could get the server’s attention so I asked for a to go box and the check when she finally brought the sandwich. She dropped off the check but never came back to get my card so we went to the counter to have another person print a check. They never apologized for the misunderstanding or the delay and made us feel like we were bothering them. Overpriced food and terrible service, you could do much better.

This is a fantastic small hometown place. All of the food was delicious and the staff was super helpful and courteous. I had a philly burger. It was great exactly what I was expecting. The Cowboy burger was also good. The cheese curds coming in the cute little fry basket. Also as for the atmosphere they had really great music playing and the outside seating was full but looked like fun!

Really cute spot with an easy stop on the way to the mountains! Great service. Super sweet staff.
I had the tomato basil soup. It was very good. Nice and hot to warm me up. It was freezing in there. They turned down the air for us though!
I also had the turkey avocado panini. Holy moly it was good. It’s pretty big and I wanted to bring half home but I knew it would not be as good later after it got soggy so I ate as much as I could and didn’t want to stop. Such a great flavor.
Also had the pasta salad for a side. Definitely didn’t need it as I was stuffed! It was ok. A little more seasoned than I would like but overall a nice salad.

Delicious lunch! The food was good quality and the servers were nice. We had the chicken BLT wrap, chicken salad croissant and fries and loved everything. I don’t love that the sides are separate but I’d go back for lunch again
