Party of 3 visited Prime in Huntington on a Sunday night to celebrate a birthday, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. Our server, Katelyn, was incredibly pleasant and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening.
We kicked things off with cocktails, and if you’re an espresso martini fan, the coconut espresso martini is an absolute must. Every appetizer and entrée we ordered was delicious. The crab cake and lobster wontons were cooked to perfection, and the sushi, steak, and wagyu were simply divine.
To top it all off, the birthday guest was personally greeted by the restaurant manager, who kindly gifted him a birthday gift card such a thoughtful touch that really made the night feel special.
Overall, it was a fantastic evening with great food, service, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Prime; Huntington is a true Long Island staple. This gem, is well know for its great food, good service, delicious bar drinks, top tier management (Joe) and spectacular views! It’s hard to go wrong here. My wife and children & I have been here many times and feel right at home the way we are treated and looked after. I highly recommend Prime, Huntington!

Relaxing and enjoyable evening with the wife. Portions were mostly generous and the waitstaff was exceedingly friendly albeit a bit slow paced. Could turn up the temperature a few degrees but mostly great and the food was delicious and cooked to perfection.

We were lucky and snagged a table without reservations. We took advantage of the Power Lunch offer, adding an order the delicious bread. What a lovely picturesque location overlooking the water. Food was delicious. I went with locals whose eyes sparkled when the dining choice was mentioned.

We had an amazing dinner the other night. From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect. The food was cooked exactly how we ordered it — the steaks were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was incredible.
The service truly made the night stand out. Our waiter, Q, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. He elevated the entire experience.

Amazing food, drinks, and service. The hostess was so friendly and welcoming, which I feel is rather rare these days, so it was refreshing to see. Our server, the bartender, and bus staff went above and beyond to make sure we always had everything we needed and the tables were always clean. Also, this was by farrr the BEST affogato we ever had (we’ve had many). We will definitely return!

First time at prime for my anniversary. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, sesame potato roll, beef Wellington and fillet mignon frites. I’ll rate the best to worst dish. sesame potato roll was actually delicious, beef Wellington was also pretty good. Shrimp cocktail was okay, overpriced for what you get. Filet mignon frites was virtually inedible, its pepper crusted mignon tails, but all you could taste is overwhelming ammount of pepper. Overall left a bit dissapointed for what I paid.

Why i took time to write the review?Spectacular service, my wife told them we were celebrating my birthday at lunch and we ordered a desert to go. Two things of note. The manager came over to wish me a happy birthday and gave me a $25 gift card to the restaurant to celebrate (WOW!). Now at home, not only did the server/team pack a nice desert to go with a ‘birthday’ piece of chocolate, but THEY INCLUDED A CANDLE! Incredibly thoughtful, memorable indeed.
