This business model is awesome. Their pizzas and salads are super fresh and easy to take away. If you follow their easy instructions your pizza will be perfect everytime. We just got several pizzas for a family Christmas gathering. They were a hit last time. It allows everyone to eat without major cooking leaving more time with family. Picked up a great pizza again. Consistently great take and bake

We walked in and the person was very polite and helpful. The pie was excellent. I only wish it was coser.

Pizzas are great with lots of toppings which you can trade for another ingredient.
Pizzas always need extra sauce—which is free.
You TAKE it home. No restaurant atmosphere.
If Papa Murphy had a location near me we’d eat their food often.

Ordered online. Was a seamless transaction yet the staff made certain I was satisfied with my order. Highly recommend.

Not doing this anymore. Second time in a row I’ve placed an order online when leaving work, driven to the store (40 minute drive) and arrived to find that my order hadn’t even been started yet. When I told the manager (?) I was there to get my order, he said my pizzas would be the next ones made, but it took another 25 minutes for them to start on mine — and then they left my second pizza on the counter half-completed for another ten minutes until someone finally (incorrectly) finished it. I had to give it back so they could put the final toppings on it. I’ve attached a pic of that second pizza, just sitting on the counter waiting to be completed. It’s the one above the “pop bubbles” sign — for some reason the person making it walked away, leaving it there for 10 minutes until someone else came by to finish it (again, incorrectly).

I think going cashless is the wrong decision. It gives you the impression you don’t trust your employees with cash. I have 82 year old parents that don’t order on line and carry cash.

I give a one-star review because I tried to go in at 7:55 on a Saturday not knowing they closed at 8:00. Like most places post-covid, they probably now close earlier than they used to, because it was probably 9:00 in the past. Still, I mistakenly thought that places are supposed to stay open UNTIL CLOSING TIME. I tend to think of these times literally. Except for with LIBRARIES, that is. Everyone knows that libraries actually want NO PATRONS there the last half hour to hour so everyone can jet to their cars at closing time on the dot. They make enough announcements to make anyone want to stay away that last hour.
Still, with Papa Murphy’s, the neon OPEN sign was still on as well! All I wanted was some cookie dough. I tried the door, then knocked on it. After a minute, a guy walked a third of the way to the door from the back, and without making eye contact shook his head no and walked back to the back. I totally understand getting most things cleaned up by 8:00, but a grab and go :restaurant like this one should totally be able to make a pizza AT 7:59 IF NEED BE and quickly put ingredients away. I didn’t even need a pizza! By 7:55 the place was dark and it seemed they couldn’t wait to leave. At the very least they could have attempted real communication or even poked their head out and given me a coupon for closing early. I guess they didn’t need or want my business!
