My visit was beyond anything I could ask for. My OMCheese burger came out sizzling. Emmanuel was helping me out tonight and he was genuinely perfect. Not only was he incredibly kind, but he was the ultimate professional. He was on top of my refills and was very quick with getting out my appetizer, perfectly timing my entree as well. I could go on and on about Manny but the food was great, he made me smile, and he made the whole experience 1000x more enjoyable. I hope I get to sit in his section again

Lately, I have really enjoyed the food here! The short ribs, the burgers, grilled chicken with spicy sausage and the onion rings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The regional manager (Stephanie, I think) helped me with a mismatched order and I was very satisfied with her help. The dining area looks a little outdated but the food makes up for it. Looking forward to our next visit.

Since we already went and tried the 3 for Me at Chili’s it was only fair we checked out the Big Clucking Meal at Applebee’s. I will admit it was a pretty delicious chicken sandwich once it cooled off enough to eat. Huge chicken breast fried to perfection. My wife tried the grilled chicken version. Not as big or as delicious. We didn’t try the bacon burger option. Fries were average at best. Definitely worth checking out if you like chicken sandwiches.

I ordered nachos beef, and a chicken taco through Uber eats. The nachos were unmovable, stale as a rock. The chicken taco were too soft and not enough meat.
The frist time I ordered the same exact thing and they gave my meal to whomever. The service was unprofessional. I don’t even want to go back to complain. I feel as if they do this to my meal on purpose. This place should be shut down.

The waiter kept disappearing. We waited an hr to get our food and it wasn’t busy. The food was cold and was not satisfying. The Jack and coke was not Jack and when I asked to bring me a Jack and coke the waiter said he would discount me instead of bringing me what I asked for. Applebees used to be a family friendly restaurant. Not sure what happened?!?!

The food was surprisingly good. I asked for my burger to be a little pink. It was exactly that. Burger was juicy and well made. Fries hot and crispy. The appetizers were also good. For the price everything was good.
