We have a simple belief, Good food = Good mood. Originally from Thailand and Indonesia, we have over 2 decades of experience in restaurants in Southern Oregon. We have used that experience and our heritage to create a melting pot of a menu that we think will soothe your hunger. We have created a space where you can sit down, relax, and enjoy authentic Asian cuisine. We are very much looking forward to serving you.

We stopped by Saturday night after Christmas.
Everyone is friendly especially a Thai lady is cheerful and chatty, brought positive vibes.
Food is tasty and good volume.
About ~$55 total including tip.

Every dish we have ordered here has been so delicious! Great quality food at an affordable price. The fresh roll and calamari appetizers are soooo good! Sawaddee has become our new favorite. Don’t take my word for it, find out for yourself!

After the Google map made us take a longer route and the snowy weather made us starve, we opted for the very first Google option which was Sawaddee. Basic ambience, comfortable seating, extremely sweet service and piping hot food was just what we were longing for!
We started with Hot Sake and Golden Dragon roll. For the mains we ordered the Basil chicken (served with steamed plain white rice) and the Mango Salmon. Both the dishes were perfect!!! The salmon was cooked beautifully flaky, and melted in the mouth. I’ll definitely visit Sawaddee again for some Pad see ew and Fried rice.
Do ask for their chilli oil and hot sauce… Yum!

The food here is delicious, the people who work there are inviting and kind. I had the yellow curry with nice tasting vegetables and chicken which seemed like it was plentiful enough for two people, although I ate it all because every bite was as tandelizing as the first!

Best food I’ve found in Ashland by far! Friendly, accommodating, clean & open kitchen, fish tank & good aesthetics (beautiful pictures on the wall including of spices). The restrooms are clean &serene. Sushi options too! I was pleasantly surprised the wasabi was unusually good. Opted for the spicy edamame which wasn’t a challenge, rather unique and flavorful! Menu is marked with GF & vegan options. Tom Kha & Yum were both excellent. If you’re looking for healthy food with vegan or meat options, this is the place. Varied drink options including a list of sakes (at least one was organic) Thai tea & coffee (can sub coco milk). Really healthy, flavorful food that I am grateful to know of for future visits <3

This place serves a bad excuse for what Thai food should be. I’m not sure how it’s such good reviews. If you are looking for authentic Thai—this is not it. The lady is nice enough. And if the misguided diners if Ashland enjoy it…well I’m happy for them. But it’s frustrating to spend so much money only to receive a vaguely Asian noodle that isn’t close to a Thai recipe.

People please check your receipts. The host unbeknownst to me included gratuity tip into the price of the meals not informing me or allowing me to choose the amount i wanted to tip. I then tipped the restaurant another 30 percent on top. She then thanked me for my tip. I wondered why she fid that then later I was thinking how the price of what we ordered was 30 dollars more than what we ordered. I looked at the receipt which I luckily still had. She had charged 180.00$ for food. I gave her 30$ tip so I paid total 210.00 total but the receipt showed the food was 149.00$ and she had included 28$ in gratuity that was included with the 30$ tip I had given her. She didn’t notify me or ask me anything
Beware. Thinking back I realized it wasnt a mistake as she had thanked me for the tip and had pretended to have internet issues. She then had joked are you giving me 100$ tip and I just laughed wondering why she would say that. Later I called and asked her what happened and she said she thought I was giving her 100 $ tip. I was confused and asked why she didn’t ask me how much tip to include and she said she didn’t know you were supposed to ask people how much tip to include. What? Anyway if this has happened to you please report it as looking back at her joke and what she said to cover herself in case she got caught, she had obviously planned this and probably has done this to others.

My first time here with my partner and I ordered the basil chicken with veggies and my partner ordered fried rice. The food was delicious! I’m from the Bay Area and really miss Asian cuisine and this place really hit the spot! The atmosphere is really nice and the Thai decorations are beautiful (see pic). Even more the owner and staff are so fun to converse with. It feels like a wonderful family you will enjoy visiting every single time.
