We ordered take out breakfast. two carmel apple farmers choice. They forgot my Carmel apple topping on my French toast I waited 20 minutes for my meal after they told me it would take 20 minutes. So i get home with my wife’s food and mine and its all cold. we could forgive the eggs they go cold fast but all of it???. my toast was burnt as well. I decided to call about 10 mimites after getting home and trying various parts of my breakfast. the manger said we cant do anything it was placed 40 minutes ago… the manger needs a class on management.

I was greeted within a couple of minutes of me walking in, Samantha was cute, kind and very effective, my drink was refilled throughout. The food was delicious. The pot roast was really good but I felt like it needed a bit more salt. My only complaint is I felt I was kinda rushed out but it was getting busy so I understand the need for the booth. Absolutely horrible service. It took over an hour to get our food. The waitress came back after more than a half hour and said the computer crashed and she needed to take our orders again. She lied I think. She said the order was in But she needed us to tell her again. My daughter saw her entering it in the computer. She lied.

Food’s always good but. when I went to get a pickup today was not greeted, but was sitting there for probably about 10 minutes getting lukewarm, knowing it asked what I was waiting for I finally had to ask that I was here for carryout when there’s a carryout shelf out on the main floor so a little disappointed in that So probably won’t be going back to thid llocation again unfortunately, and usually it’s pretty good.But this isn’t the first time when the restaurant has not been busy and people are just hanging out and not giving any customer service. It definitely seems service is dtarting to decline here.

Alexis was amazing and very patient with my family. We took a while to get everyones order in, because we had deaf family members with us but that didnt faze her at all. My 5 year old daughter wants to come back just to see Alexis again, highly recommend being served by her!

Its been a while since we’ve had breakfast at Bob Evans. I used to love the biscuits and gravy. I ordered eggs over medium and biscuits and gravy. The eggs were runny and so was the gravy which was also runny and lacking the seasoning that I remembered. Seems like they have long crossed over to the pre packaged and flavorless corporate chain production. I should have eaten at one of the many fine locally owned diners in the area.

So happy we chose this location to take our 6 nieces and nephews for breakfast after initially stopping somewhere else and feeling less than welcome! As soon as we came in we were greeted with a smile and told they could accommodate our party in less than 10 minutes. Once we were seated we were greeted by our server Jordan. She was friendly and sincere! She made such a difference in how our morning went compared the first restaurant we tried to go to! Breakfast was great, service was excellent and even the cashier was friendly! We will definitely be back! Thank you guys!
