This has to be the nastiest subway in the country flying insects and bugs everywhere!!! Costumer service is horrible! always out of everything! Soda fountain dirty and always watered down!!! you need to hiring ppl with pride and stop hiring lazy ppl not very clean employees at all. I don’t need to here about the employees drama while there making my sandwich. it was so bad I went home and throw out the sandwich cuz I’m not getting sick

It was pretty messy and dirty looking on the counter under the glass sneeze guard. Veggies everywhere, sauce puddles, crumby…it looked like a preschooler was in there making food.

I normally order online and always get the ultimate bmt footlong. Well I order and my sub came empty. I had barely any meat in my sub. This by far is the worst. Normally I have no complaints online or in person.

Every time my family and I come here the 2 old ladies that work here have very bad attitudes, they speak like why are you here and we show nothing but respect, they never greet us, the churro this trip were brick hard ! had a attitude about replacing it and it was no soft spot on it! has been like this for a couple years and this stops us from coming as often as we would had it been one close with better work behavior , In the pass I’ve asked about the box of cookies price and they look at me like I’m dumb and tell me they never sold them these been out for years what do you mean!! Check your workers they don’t have any real for your paying customers!

My girlfriend and I came into Subway earlier and these two young men failed to listen to our directions. I asked for my sub to be double toasted, they didn’t double toast it. Then when one of the boys went to cut the sub, they used a knife that has already been used. My girlfriend also asked for extra and didn’t receive it either. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

My daughter ordered subs online…I ordered a sandwich that had chicken, cheese, spinach, and black olives…there weren’t any black olives…hardly any dressing on it…and it wasn’t wrapped correctly so a lot of the meat ended up in my wrapper and not on my sandwich…I am VERY disappointed with Subway in Garrettsville and I will not be eating there again!!!

This Subway is very clean. The employees were knowledgeable and efficient. This store uses a third party delivery system through the online ordering system. I don’t advise using this, the time slot that the customer indicates for pickup is never the same as the time slot the third party uses. So your sub will be late coming to you.
This store does offer store pickup and curbside pick up. It is wheelchair accessible.
