The food we ordered at drive through was HORRIBLE.The bacon was undercooked,had a strange taste the egg was overcooked and brown in color ,cheese was nearly there looked like it had been reheated. The cinnamon biscuit was brown and hard as a rock! What has happened to this Hardee’s. It use to be good.We ended up throwing the food out it was not fit to eat. This was Sunday February 8 2026

Didn’t eat here. Had a vehicle emergency, notified the crew on 2 separate days we were working on getting it out. Though we called the store numerous times to notify we were coming and to ensure it was not towed, to no success, but it was there and unharmed. Thank you so much.

Atmosphere doesn’t count. I hit the drive through. Let me start by saying I loved Hardee’s growing up. I have not been in a couple of years. I was disappointed then. But that was a different restaurant ans a different meal. Here I had the farmers sausage breakfast sandwich. The biscuit was dry and awful. The sausage was good but small. The hash browns were awful as well. Hate to say it. But this is likely the last time I stop at a Hardee’s.

The restaurant was understaffed at the time we attempted to place an order in the store (about 930 am). Apparently there were two people servicing the needs of the store and they were giving priority to all of the drive-in orders and we were ignored for a good 10 minutes. I attempted to get the attention of one of the people and she nodded but we continue to be ignored and no one served us. so we simply got up and left and went to the McDonald’s across the street where we got some the service level that is expected

Ordered bottle of water – got an extra large “Arnold Palmer” – do not drink nor like tea!
Had to pull over and wait for order – there was one car in front of me ( pulled over and waiting ) and no one else before or after in the line ?

I hate Raminullah A. The cashier. She is horrible. I spoke to her which should have been the other way around. When I spoke she just looked at me and said nothing. Then said, “can I take your order”?
Just cold and unprofessional. I believe young girls should work out back by the garbage dumpster and not facing people. Then she turn around and walked off. This was at store #1503528.

None of your Business
I like to go here for breakfast when I have a day off. But you can tell the changes I get biscuit and gravy. Today the biscuits are hard and dry. They are usually soft and so buttery. The gray tastes bad like just a bunch of pepper. Im not eating here anymore what ever new management has taken care you have destroyed great food.

They just handed me a raw, doughy biscuit through the drive through, and I didn’t open it until I was already on I-95. It would take me 30 minutes to return it and get a new one. My breakfast is inedible. I am wildly unhappy. Guess I have to stop and get a new breakfast at McDonald’s instead.

The biscuit was hard and the loaded omelette eggs were nonexistent and overcooked. I never write a review but saw a director of franchise meeting the owners. I have eaten at 1000’s of Hardee’s the food quality needs improvement.
