Tall guy with glasses – rude. Lacks people skills. I was very polite upon arrival but was treated poorly as he only spoke to give me my total. I said thank you and he just turned away and ignored me. Very rude. I’d expect they put someone else out at the front to handle customers, or give him customer service training. Ruined the experience for me.

I was gonna take a picture and quote the tiktok guys “this is how they do it BETTER!” But honest that guy would probably be super disappointed. Please take better care of your pizzas even if it’s gonna take longer mistakes happen but now your mistake is on your reviews

I am not a fan of writing a negative review but the large Tuscan cheese plus pepperoni was a big disappointment. There was barely any cheese on the pizza where there was cheese (patches missing cheese) and there were literally two slices of pepperoni on each slice; two of the slices only had one pepperoni. The New York style was actually a thin crust and not the actual New York style. The plain boneless chicken were fine though. I hope Papa John’s gets back to the quality they used to have.

They were on their game. Great modified BBQ Chicken with added pineapple “quazi Hawaiian.” Very pleasant staff, and ready for pickup ON TIME.
Too bad their app located them on the South side of N. Saginaw. The are on the North side.

Ordered a pizza, and the tracking said it was delivered, but it was no where to be found. My outside door was left propped open from the inside, how I left it for the driver, and nobody ever knocked on my door.
After calling and speaking to a manager, she basically told me they “tried to deliver it, but I didn’t answer my door when they knocked” so the driver left it outside and “someone else must have stolen it”, only for the delivery driver with my replacement order to tell me the last guy took it to the wrong apartment complex.
The manager knew they had taken my order to the wrong address right away, since the first thing she asked me was to confirm my address, before putting me on hold for 30 seconds. But she decided to lie and blame me, as if she thought I ordered pizza, and then left my house before it was delivered or something. She wasn’t interested in anything I had to say, she just interrupted me to tell me “sir, the driver delivered your order. You didn’t answer your door, but it’s okay. We already have a replacement order in the oven”
I don’t exactly appreciate being told it was my fault for not answering my door, or being talked down to when the door they knocked on is on the other side of town. Maybe instead of treating customers like they’re stupid, and incapable of catching your lies, you should just be honest and tell them you made a mistake. I could tell she was lying to me as soon as she started speaking. My automatically locking outside door was left propped open by a stick from the inside that would fall had the door been opened. I highly doubt the delivery driver somehow re-propped the door open from the inside and then somehow left without using the door.
I guess lying to customers instead of taking a modicum of responsibility is just easier, for the trashy manager they have working there. The food itself was about to the standard you’d expect, and the gentleman who actually delivered my order was very apologetic and respectful. My complaint here is specifically about the manager I spoke to on the phone, and I don’t at all blame the delivery drivers for their simple mistake. At the end of the day, I got my pizza, and everything was fine.
Maybe find a new manager though?

Threw them out- no flavor, one pizza had me checking if there was any sauce on it at all bc it was so dry. Lesson learned: when Midland Dominoes online ordering is down, just skip pizza night.
