Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken sandwich is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the waffle fries are my absolute favorite. What really sets this place apart is the service staff are always polite, friendly, and quick, no matter how busy it gets. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and orders are usually accurate. Definitely one of the most reliable and satisfying fast-food spots out there!

Chick-fil-A is located just about a mile across The Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Michigan . We ordered for their waffle fried potato chips, chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich burger . It has a drive thru but we preferred to dine in for dinner. The queue was not long so we didn’t wait much to order for the food. They give you a table tag when dining in and they bring your order to the table. The atmosphere was serene and we enjoyed the food. They also have an indoor play court for kids

I ordered a simple Buttery Biscuit with American cheese and egg, and the quality was extremely disappointing. I took one bite, the sandwich was cold, poorly prepared and did not meet the standard I consistently receive at other Chick‑fil‑A locations.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had a hit‑or‑miss experience at this specific restaurant. When I visit locations in nearby cities like Northville, I never have these issues, which tells me this is a store‑level consistency problem.

One hour a 45 minutes before they close. Most the chairs are up on the tables and restrooms where closed.
Not ideal eating with chair upside-down on tables, and no restrooms to use.

QR code didn’t work for the “mobile thru” line so what was supposed to be “faster than drive thru” took forever and I had to sit there while 12 cars got their food before me from the drive thru. On top of that they forgot all of my fries and only half filled one of my frosted drinks. This wouldn’t have been the end of the world but I’m 8 months pregnant and realllyyyy wanted those dang fries

The food is always tasty and excellent. However the value has decreased noticeably, current chicken on sandwich seems like they actually split the chicken in half! Way to thin for any kind of Value! Please see picture to see if my extreme disappointment is warranted.

This place is great and has good food. The employee, Rosa, was very personable, attentive and kind. We had a great interaction with her and her energy was so up lifting. We will continue coming back just for her!

Amazing service, experience, and food!
I was waited on by the incredible Adiya (I normally don’t put names as I forget, she made me feel blessed to have met her.) She was above and beyond friendly. She at first got my name incorrect, but apologized for it. I made her feel at ease and said something like Hey You works for me also. She had me full of joy the entire ordering time. I ordered the Number 1 meal with a Coke Zero for here.
As I was sitting down, my order was already. Impressive! The lobby was a little bit messy, but I noticed that a young lady was busy getting the lobby back in order. She did an amazing job, as it was clean before I left.
The food was hot and fresh. It has been almost a year since I have had Chick-fil-A. I’m kicking myself for not getting here sooner.
It is my pleasure to highly recommend this location to anyone who enjoys great service and food, with the addition of the beautiful smiles!

Always busy, making it difficult to get into the parking lot. Though I am happy to have Chick Fil As in Michigan, it isn’t a real Chick Fil A. Have you eaten at a Chick Fil A in the south? Then you know what I mean. The service is average.
