This is the cutest most quiet restaurant I have been to. I don’t know if it because I went for lunch but either way it was so cute and quiet. We were greeted by Luis and he was the nicest waiter I’ve ever had. He was attentive and not in a overbearing way. He didn’t understand English well but it wasn’t a big issue. We had no issues ordering and he was able to tell us what was in each item for the questions we had. We may have had to repeat the question once ot twice but no enough for us to be annoyed. The food came out delicious. You can tell they make it to order and use fresh ingredients. Would recommend this place for a quiet lunch or business meeting as its quiet enough to hold a conversation. Oh and don’t forget date night.

GREAT brunch experience. Very respectable champagne list and shrimp ceviche and calamari apps were good. We chose Quesabirrias, Yucatan Gorditas, Green Chicken Pozole, Steak and Eggs, and Croque Monsieur for our meal, they were all delicious. While we enjoyed them owner/chef Sahira came to visit and check on us. The conversation was great and we found out we have mutual friends in our community in Central Louisiana! At her suggestion our table shared an order of the Chilaquiles Verdes and they were AMAZING! She made them extra spicy and they were perfect! Will definitely visit again when we’re in town! Thank you Sahira and staff for a perfect Saturday brunch!

I’m usually pretty skeptical about trying new spots, but Weights + Measures was an absolute hit! We went for a Valentine’s four-course dinner, and every bite was spectacular. From the caviar-topped beignets to the spicy shrimp ceviche tostada (I could’ve eaten a pound!), to the crab cake, and the best grilled New York steak I’ve had—perfectly medium rare. And that banana caramel mille-feuille dessert? Divine. Omar (the owner) greeted us warmly and even walked us to the car with an umbrella in the rain—talk about service! Chef Marco’s dishes were outstanding. We felt so welcomed and cozy. I’ll be coming back monthly—this place deserves every bit of praise!

We celebrated a birthday here a few days ago with our lovely server Luis, Food and service was 10/10!!! Staff and management are so kind!
Some of my favorites dishes include
“the chef’s special” and the shrimp ceviche to start! I’ll definitely be back soon!

Loved this spot! The avocado toast and espresso were incredible, honestly some of the best I’ve had. The chicken and French toast were super good too; the chicken was juicy and tender. The tequeña appetizer was also really tasty.

The staff was super nice and helpful, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great place to try if you haven’t been yet! Personally, I’d come here with friends rather than on my own, it’s got a fun, social vibe.

We live in the neighborhood and was excited to meet Omar for the first day of his new adventure as new owner! My chicken club sandwich was so good! (You can’t make this up!) My husband’s pupusa eggs benedict was spot on. We are now trying a variety of their croissants, and they are phenomenal! We are excited to come back after being strangers for quite some time!

I came to Weights + Measures with a friend. She has been here before and I was rookie to the menu. The parking was quite challenging during lunch rush. Food was good. So did the service. I was very pleased with what I got. Simple and quick.

Extremely overpriced and disappointing. A cappuccino listed at $6 turned into $13 after a $2 oat milk charge and a $5 extra shot, which is ridiculous.

The $20 margarita pizza was small and terrible — the dough was undercooked, soft, and doughy in the middle. Completely unacceptable at that price point. Food overall was very average at best and absolutely not worth the cost.

The bill felt like a shock compared to the quality of what was served. This place prioritizes inflated pricing over execution. Definitely won’t be returning

We thoroughly enjoyed Sunday brunch at Weights & Measure!

The staff is friendly and Andrea took great care of our party by refilling coffee, water and checking on a few menu items for us.

We made a reservation and were seated right away. They have plenty of parking available steps away from their restaurant which make it convenient considering Midtown parking limitations. The tables and chairs are comfortable and the decor is lively and pleasing.

We wanted to try the mini croissant board but they had ran out of the mini croissants (expected for late afternoon brunch). We settled for a large croissant which was stunning and so buttery and flaky —it was perfection!

For our main entrees, we tried the Midtown Continental Breakfast which is a classic and exactly as you would expect. I will make a special mention about the biscuit — with butter and jam, this little warm biscuit was a little piece of heaven! We ordered the chicken and French toast which was a large portion. The chicken was crunchy and had a perfect ratio of breading to chicken. The French toast was delicious! The Yucatan Tostada was a fusion of flavors that reminded me of brunch in Mexico — a crunchy tostada lathered with beans, a fried egg and a heaping serving of juicy, spicy, braised short rib topped with queso and a side of avocado to “lighten” the plate! This was one of the tastiest entrees I have eaten in a long time so if you are looking for an authentic Mexican meal, this is it!

We had a great experience. The food was beyond delicious and the friendly service make Weights + Measures a MUST TRY and MUST RETURN!

Service was perfect, however we were the only two people at the bar so it was to be expected. Seems like we were too late in visiting this hyped up restaurant. Two weeks ago they were purchased by a hospitality business so the happy hour was not the same and very disappointing. We decided to have a couple of bar drinks and try an appetizer before we relocated to a midtown original (Boheme) for the good time we were looking for. The meatballs were less than advertised, tough with bits of grissle. Seems like W+M has worn out it’s welcome in midtown. Not every purchase from a hospitality group has a positive effect on the midtown experience. The manager spoke to us about the bakery the hospitality group added to the restaurant and bragged that they supply pasteries to most of the coffee shops in midtown. Hmmm. Great, because we love when all of the baked goods withing a 5 mile radius are made from the same people, that is very much what midtown is NOT supposed to be. They have a great history and used to be a very popular place to eat. I understand the transition issues with ownership change and would like to visit again after the dust has settled. Hoping for the best.
