The morning staff at this place was really upbeat. The place is clean. The food was good. It’s probably one of the smallest interiors I’ve seen. Jack in the box is my favorite fast food. It’s reasonably priced and they serve breakfast lunch and dinner all day and all night. 7:24am want a hamburger, get a hamburger and a breakfast sandwich as well. they’re cool like that

After being contacted by Ms. Dorothy, she was very sweet and kind, along with her assistant manager, and managed to resolve the issue with my next order. I was overwhelmed by the amazing customer service provided by Mrs. Dorothy and Nancy. Beforehand, I did not recieve shakes after waiting in line for 20 minutes. The cars behind us were getting impatient, so we decided to leave without a refund to avoid holding up the line. We ended up sending feedback of our issue. Not long after, we recieved a phone call from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience and they offered to make things right. When we returned, not only did we get our shakes, but they added an extra treat and up sized our shakes, which we were not expecting. I’m grateful for the effort they put into helping and hearing out their customers. Despite the mishap, they are doing a great job operating a busy and well-loved location. They are proof that kindness and patience from both ends can go a long way in the fast-food industry.

I had to beg to order inside. The order was not correct and my receipt wasn’t given to verify. I shouldn’t have to do their job to verify the accuracy of their order. They gave me three tacos when I asked for three two-tacos. I believe they charged me for two three eggrolls and only gave three. Everything is overpriced because they’re near a mostly minority high school. Even when ordered through the app, two tacos are $1.59 or $1.50 and many other places it is 1.19 or $1.29. It is about $1.89 without the app in-store. It was +$30 for two and we didn’t get our full order.

Poor service had to drive 30 mins back for order made not correct then a manager named Martin told me I couldn’t get my receive or be accommodated then the employee that took my order his name is Allen and he trashed my receipt because I didn’t ask for it so then I asked why did u trash my receipt instead of giving it to me he replied because I didn’t ask for it so I responded I have to ask for my receipt after making a purchase then had to drive back for refresh food . Never again!!!! Very Rude Poor Customer Service

After informing employee of issue she did not respond, instead hung up on me. This location needs to be shut down immediately. I will ensure City Inspector pays them a visit.

This is the chicken sandwich I ordered..Pathetic!..The lettuce looks old and not healthy And the chicken sandwiches like this Ive had from other jack in the boxes had tomatoes.. This is sloppy and looks like it was thrown together by somebody who didnt really want to be at work. And the cashier was inconsiderate she acted like she couldnt get the money out of my hand I almost had to get out of the car to give it to her…Horrible customer service and the food looks gross

This is a great place to eat. Pleasant and well trained staff. Clean and in good condition. Food is good. This place is Not bike friendly. I was refused service because I was riding a bike. I went to the drive thru because the dining room was closed due to covid19. I can only assume that this business is doing so well they can turn away paying customers that use earth friendly transportation. So if you are in a car, truck,bus give it a try. Try to act snooty they have standards after all.
