It took 45 MINUTES to get our food. Everyone in line waited the same time as us, and we only ordered 2 basic burritos! The manager or owned is completely incapable of properly running a fast food chain. It’s been like this for years and it’s never been fixed. Faster to have a sit down meal. On top of that, the food was cold! Which means it’s been sitting there while we waited 45 minutes.

Its always slow here… on my last visit I waited more than 20 minutes between ordering and getting my order. No one was at the window. I couldn’t leave because I had already paid and I was being ignored.
When they finally came to the window with my order I asked if everything was okay. The man at the window said “ I put a coupon for a free taco in the bag for the inconvenience”… again I asked if everything was OK in there 20 minutes seemed like an excessive amount of time. He said, “we were doing a change over”. Doesn’t that sound like the kind of thing I should have been told about before I paid. If they knew they were about to change over I should’ve been given a heads up I would have to wait 20 minutes in a fast food drive through. I came to the Window took my payment and gave me my receipt. He knew what was going on. He could’ve told me before I paid… but nope… a customers time is of no importance at this fast food restaurant

Yesterday we picked up a light meal for dinner at this Taco Bell and took it home with us. This was our first time here. We both chose the Chicken Quesadilla with chips and cheese and pinto beans. They tasted ok. The quesadilla was light on chicken and cheese as the quesadilla was very thin. The sauce that came with it was too spicy! My mouth was burning and I couldn’t finish it. The pinto beans need a lot of work to taste really good. We never expect much from TB though. It serves its purpose as a fast food place. However, not too long after we ate, we both got stomach aches that lasted for a couple of hours!
Christian was working at the window and was very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is casual. I doubt we will be back but that is not Christian’s fault at all. He didn’t make the food.

I would give this Taco Bell 0 starts some girl working at the front we were in a group and she told us only one person talk at a time and we weren’t even ordering yet, then she told us you only have 1 minute to order and when we tried to order she said nvm I’m not taking your order. She was nasty and rude, clearly she is so bold to talk like that because she knows she won’t lose her job being rude. You can tell that she has no consequences. Tonight 2/14/2026 whoever worked at 4:00 am should be fired she was disgusting and shouldn’t work customer service.

if i could give this location negative stars, i WOULD. we got into the drive thru at 12:39am to pick up my mobile order. let me tell you, once you get into the drive thru (due to the design of the road), you cannot leave. we only got to the window at 1:58am. MORE THAN ONE HOUR in line! once i got to the window, my mobile pick up order placed more than an hour ago was not ready, and on top of that, they had failed to confirm my name, handing me the wrong order at 2:08am. this is absolutely ridiculous. never had an experience this bad at any fast food place before. 2 HOUR WAIT for one taco, a drink, and churros.

PEOPLE EATING IN KITCHEN PIZZA TALKING ABOUT THE BURRITO SUPREME WHAT WAS EXTRELLY COLD AND I BRENG IT BACK TO EXCHANGE OT AND THE COOK BEHIND THE KITCHEN TALKING SPANISH BAD WORDS BECAUSE I DIDN’T WANT TO EAT IT BECAUSE OF SO COLD AND BAD TASTE THE GREASE WAS YELLOW AND WHO EVER IS COOKING BACK THERE IS COMPLETELY NOT CLEAN. Just ordered 10 poeve nuggets in the drive thru. Paid for 10 pieve was given 5 piece. Dodnt find out til 30minutes later
