Eddie V’s in Troy has easily been our most frequent restaurant of 2025—and for good reason. Just about every dish is cooked to absolute perfection, consistently delivering the quality and attention to detail you expect from a top-tier seafood and steakhouse.
The service truly sets this location apart. The wait staff is exceptional: professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. A special shout-out to Angelina, who took care of us on Christmas Eve. She made an already special evening even better—knowledgeable, gracious, and spot-on with every recommendation and timing.
From the food to the atmosphere to the service, Eddie V’s never disappoints. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers this level of consistency visit after visit. Highly recommended and well deserving of its reputation.

This was our first time eating here, and we were blown away by our visit. We tried all 6 oysters and our waitress Jessie went over each one, telling us something special that made the experience so engaging. She was so knowledgeable and descriptive when giving suggestions she made it easy and fun to figure out what we wanted to order. The wine selection is huge, and the moscato was so good it didn’t last very long. Overall for the price we were extremely happy with our choice to dine here. The food, service, and atmosphere were exactly what we were hoping for and we were not disappointed. Special shoutout to Jessie who made our night even more special with her awesome service and professionalism, making us feel like celebrities out on the town.

Truly one of the best restaurants, exceeded my expectations. Celebrated my birthday here and was greeted with the nicest staff, the food was incredible, from the appetizers to the main dish, to the dessert, truly delicious. Stand out for me was the filet mignon, so juicy and cooked to perfection, one of the best, if not the best steak i’ve eaten. Would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful food. Great taste and presentation. Went for a birthday celebration for my wife; was surprised by a card and decorations on the table. I gave a 4 star for service because it felt very slow. Attentive, yet slow. If you are in a hurry, not the place to go. With that being said, I would still go back with appropriate planning for time. I highly recommend Eddie V’s. We really liked this restaurant. We will be back!

Serell made our entire steakhouse experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He gave great recommendations, knew exactly how the steaks should be cooked, and made sure everything came out perfect. Our drinks were always refilled, timing was spot-on, and we never felt rushed. Serell’s professionalism and great attitude truly elevated the night. If you’re dining here, ask for Serell! you’ll be taken care of.”

We’ve been coming to Eddie V’s since they first opened their doors in Troy, Michigan, and it continues to impress every single time. The food is absolutely exceptional, consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Our server, Marie, was outstanding: attentive, professional, and truly welcoming. Recently celebrated my daughter’s 19th birthday on 2/15. Our Server was amazing, sadly her beautiful name slipped my mind. Tips for Chris the manager, please accept the consumer feedback and try to have a better poker face when dealing with the multicultural public. Valet did not open the door for a mother and children one of whom is handicapped after exiting their uber at the front door
