The food is amazing. My daughter gets me to drive from Brooklin – not NYC for them as she says they are so fresh and tasty and the chocolate milkshake is amazing.
Had a great conversation with the owners who are super friendly and the service and desire they show to serve the community is so refreshing to hear.

First time coming here & I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Very juicy and tasty. I enjoyed it, the fries I didn’t like too much. My husband got the Crispy Chicken sandwich, he said he didnt enjoy his sandwich or the fries either. Not a good experience for him, but we did enjoy the burger ! The service & atmosphere was great. Overall, great dining in experience.

Terrible place!!! Waited 20 mins to have our order taken, then waited 40 mins for our food, served the wrong burger and I’m not someone to complain so I was going to eat it and when I took a bite it wasn’t cooked all the way through. We will never be back. This place is Nasty!!! Don’t waste your money or time!

Food was disappointing to be really honest. The burger didn’t have any real taste. I am questioning whether that “real cheddar” cheese was in fact real rather than a processed cheese single.
I will not buy these burgers again. The fries were just standard. I’d rather go to Burger Factory. My son asked me to be nice in my comments but I’m honestly just telling the truth. Not trying to be mean.

We had a great experience at Boardwalk Burgers thanks to Gourav. He was welcoming, attentive, and very helpful when taking our order. He made sure everything was accurate and checked in to ensure we were happy. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Ordered a cheeseburger combo. The cheeseburger is described as having cheddar cheese when I placed my order online. The burger in fact did not have cheddar cheese and they actually used American cheese that was really disappointing and threw off the rest of the meal. The burger was OK. The chicken burger was pretty good after feeling disappointed because of the American cheese, I looked at my side bag of fries that was not really. It was described online as 8 ounces. I I weighed it in the bag and it came to about 4 ounces. They should update their menu to be more accurate for the fries sizes and especially for the type of cheese. If a burger restaurant doesn’t know what type of cheese they’re serving on their burgers that’s the problem.

Boardwalk Burgers is hands-down the best burger spot around! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere made me feel right at home. The burgers are absolutely phenomenal—juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor, with fresh ingredients that really make a difference. The menu has something for everyone, and the fries are crispy perfection! The service was fast, attentive, and genuinely warm, which elevated the whole experience. I can’t say enough good things about this place—it’s a must-visit for any burger lover. Boardwalk Burgers, you’ve got a customer for life!

They were having a BOGO on their burger signature fries and shake
Place was very busy with a line up.
Atmosphere was celebratory
Customer service was great. The individual taking orders was very kind professional and did not rush anyone even though there was a long line up.
This meal was only worth it because it was BOGO.
The burgers were just okay – the meat was smaller than the buns so along more bread then expected. And subpar flavour. And the lettuce was starting to brown.
The signature fries even as a BOGO were Definitely not worth the spend.
The shakes on the other hand were very tasty!!! Definitely worth the try!
My experience could have been due to the fact it was quite busy and there were a lot of orders going through so possibly rushed… can’t say for sure ….
For the regular prices they have in place and the quality — I probably will not go there again unless there is another deal — as it is significantly expensive. My total was $53.54 but after discount came out to $30.25 (2 burgers. 2 fries. 2 shakes)
May go back for a shake every now and then if needed.
