Jeff and Jeryn Richard are high school sweethearts who met at Cherry Creek High once upon a time. Since then, Chef Jeff has trained at the Culinary Institute of America and worked with Emeril Lagasse at the Commanders Palace in New Orleans. They returned to Colorado, and became the owners of The Old Stone Church Restaurant in 1991, located in Castle Rock. The Richards credit their two sons with the idea to offer outrageous and delicious burgers to the Castle Rock community, which is where they and Jeff’s brother, Paul, opened the original Crave location in 2010.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The food hits the spot for what we’ve been craving until we can visit LA again. We’ll definitely take a drive from Denver to eat at any of their locations. The service was great, waitress was super nice, all the staff we’re wearing mask and social distance being followed. We loved it here!

Delicious burger and and shake! I got the sweet heat and my wife got love stinks. Unique names for their menu items and neat atmosphere! Amazing customer service too! I’ve had many good and even great burgers across the USA, and this place is as good as any of them. “The Love Stinks” was my choice, and it was phenomenal…one of the best I’ve ever had. My wife tried “The Colorado” and said it was really good. My daughter is a big grilled cheese fan, so she tried “The Fatty Melt” and said it was really good and filling. Both my daughters had the Brownie shake and raved about them as well. All this came at an expense though…about $80 before tip for the 4 of us! But if you’re looking for unique burgers that are delicious, regardless of price…this is your place in Colorado Springs!

Yummy burgers and great service! I tried the Love Stinks, & it was so juicy & saucy! We also tried the fried pickles & it wasn’t my favorite I’ve tried, but they were flavorful! The strawberry cheesecake shake was very very good! Loved the chunks of Graham crackers inside.

I decided to try Crave due to some of the reviews I have seen online. I am very picky when it comes to burgers and Crave exceeded my expectations. I ordered a traditional bacon cheeseburger with the toppings I enjoy, and my children ordered some of the more unique burgers. All of our burgers were amazing. We also tried the wings, we were very pleased with the spicy buffalo and jalapeño lime wings. We also ordered milkshakes that were incredible. Crave is truly a place to visit if you enjoy burgers, wings or milkshakes.

Portion sizes are large. Flavors were good. The first time I went I had the donut bun and it was too much for me. This time I got the one with the tempura fried cheese. Liked it better. Still more food than I could eat, but it was good. Left the guac off on the side and dipped my fries in it.
I asked for the cheese/bacon/green onion combo on the side for my fries too. They first put it in 3 seperate containers. Lol. I just wanted all of the toppings together in 1 container so i could dip them in the sauce bc I don’t like mushy fries. That was interesting.
The coffee shake was good. My sis got the strawberry one and it was good too.
Over all, good.

(Other than the fact that we were ignored for like 15 minutes as we waited to be put on a list to be seated)….. The food was delicious. We ordered the Luther burger (little advice if you order this burger, do NOT forget to pop the egg first so that the yolk doesn’t splash on the table), the Summer Heat (I think that was the name ??), fried pickles, and the Banana foster adult milkshake. Everything came out perfect and very tasty. The atmosphere was great, family friendly, and the staff was polite/helpful. My family and I, enjoyed this restaurant and this will now be our burger spot! Highly recommend
