I wish zero stars was an option. Ordered online to be picked up at this location. The girls were extremely rude upon pick up, got home and realized my order was wrong so I went back up to the restaurant to request a remake. The girl refused to remake my sandwich saying she toasted the sandwich herself. I said it was wrong can they please remake still refused, asked for the manger to which she said wasn’t there. I asked for a refund and now the girl is on the phone with the manager & both refused. I threw my sandwich away at the door. Disgusting. I will never be back! Vist a different establishment. The manager Brandi – a joke.

I put in an online order and my whole sandwich was pretty much wrong. I ordered the hotshot Italian sandwich with just extra mayo and requested it be toasted. When I went in to pick up my sandwich it was cold but I had to go so I couldn’t ask about it. When I opened up my sandwich not only was there barely any mayo on it but they put white American cheese instead of provolone not to mention it was ice cold and not toasted.

Went in as I normally do except instead of a week night after football for my son it was a Saturday after his game. Sat. Oct. 7th. Around 230. There were 2 females working. They were completely rude. From the time I walked through the door, through the ordering process, the ripping the receipt from the register and me walking out. I’ve never felt so irritated,and yet I still left them a tip. I was talked to as if I was a child, pointed at told to order from the other end of the counter. I honestly couldn’t believe what I had walked into just to get a footlong tuna. I didn’t even add condiments, because talking to this girl seemed like such an issue. Def will not be back. Yall need new employees.

Placed an order to pick up at 8:40pm today (3/16/24). Just picked up my sandwich and being this close to closing, and having lots of experience with food service… she could have easily been disgruntled or made the sandwich haphazardly, but both sandwiches were so delicious! She was very friendly and was cleaning upon my arrival. 100% opposite of last experience. Well done Loxley Subway!

Twenty year-something’s talking about recent customers. I tried to call ahead to make sure they had my items, and because it was close to closing. I was informed upon arrival that they took the batteries out of the phone because a customer kept calling. I drove thirty minutes to come here and they did NOT have my items that I tried to call ahead and confirm. Should always have an adult on staff running the shift. Two of them were sitting at a table and had to “CAW” *literally like a bird* to the other girl to help me. What a joke lol

I was recently injured at the store, and the manager Brandy had her cashier Brittany asked me to leave the store. When everything being on video no one has contacted me, the manager offered no assistance only to leave the store. I have not received a call from the district manager or risk management. I have pictures and video of the incident and they are doing nothing. I’m assuming I have to get a lawyer to take care of this matter.

The lady that made our sandwiches made them incorrectly. She had a terrible attitude, and was overall the worse experience we had at a subway. 8:05 am on 02/12/2024
Whoever opened on this date needs to be trained to communicate with customers and know how to make a sandwich, especially if she is going to being opening alone like this. We will not be returning to this subway.
