Give the night crew some respect They deserve a raise and some slack. You can tell they work as fast as they can with the amount of orders they receive with little workers. The way they handle difficult customers was phenomenal. I see yall and appreciate the work those women do!

The manager had a horrible attitude with her own employee, he seems to be new and barely learning but if she was my boss I’d get the heck out and go somewhere like In and out…I felt so bad for this young man not knowing what to do an she says to him in front of people in a mad voice.. don’t be doing that and I need to talk to you!! Instead she walks away and speaking to him in front where customers can hear. I don’t respect that at all. Always be kind…we were all first timers and made mistakes… it’s how you approach the problem that makes the difference.

Daniel Aragon was one of the managers/ leads on shift and was very condescending and rude to me for now reason. I believe he was too busy fraternizing with one of the other managers on shift. They seem to care more about that they treating customers fairly. I won’t be going back . Their are also very slow . But Daniel very very unprofessional and rude with me and my kids .

Worst McDonald’s in LA County. I know because I live down the street from it and it’s always had a bad reputation. They always hire younger kids. The night crew is especially terrible. Ordered a 10 piece McNugget with Sweet n’ Sour and an Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreos. How hard could that be? I get a 30 piece with NO SAUCE, and a completely melted McFlurry. It was literally dripping on the window attendants shirt.

Sassy Chris snatched my order back and walked away because I told him waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes is too long. He replied what? With an attitude and didn’t give me my order. It’s never ok to provoke anyone and laugh when someone’s been dealing with excessive wait time.
