The pho was excellent—rich, flavorful, and very satisfying. The owner also makes Potato Corner–style fries, which I haven’t tried yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to it next time. Great experience overall!

The broth tasted almost bad or rancid. I ordered a major beef pho with tofu and meatballs. The New Mexico egg rolls were amazing but the soup was bad or sour. I’ll try it again but next time I’m going to ask for a small cup to try the broth
