The WORST LUNCH EVER! If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy lunch your family, avoid this place like the plague! The food was horrible, the steak that they served me was one big piece of tendon and was INEDIBLE and when I pointed it out to my waiter twice, she just looked at it and said, “Oh, OK” and moved on like she didn’t care about it at all. I even pointed it out to a manager and he didn’t seem to care either! The mashed potatoes came loaded down wish bacon bits and onions, which were nasty. They did replace my mashed potatoes with a bowl of plain mashed potatoes, but other than that, they didn’t seem to care at all that I didn’t eat the meal that they had prepared for me. Then they had the audacity to charge me for this despicable meal. It was all around the worst meal ever eaten at a Chili’s before. So if you’re in the Hinesville area and you’re looking to eat a good meal, this isn’t the place to do it at! I’m highly disappointed to the point of disgust that the management of this place didn’t care enough about the lousy meal they served to us. I’ve included a few photos of that steak that was a big piece of tendon at best and was left uneaten. This place should be ashamed of themselves and should issue an apology to me and my family for this horrible meal they served.

We had such a great experience at Chili’s! I ordered the sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli, my husband got the fajitas, and our 4-year-old had the cheese pizza with corn—everything was delicious and came out hot and fresh. We finished with the molten chocolate cake, which was the perfect ending to the meal. Also, my steak was better than a Texas Roadhouse or Outback Steakhouse where they’re KNOWN for serving steak.
What really made the night, though, was our server. Caliana was absolutely amazing—attentive, generous, and genuinely kind. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and was so sweet and patient with our 10-month-old, which means everything when you’re dining with little kids. We felt welcomed and relaxed the entire time. We’ll definitely be back!

My only birthday plan was to treat myself to the Margarita of the Month, and Chili’s delivered! A huge shoutout to the bartender from Ohio who was the absolute sweetest and made sure I had a blast. Can’t think of a better way to celebrate. 10/10!

This is the BEST experience we have had thus far. We normally avoid coming here due to the lack of customer service and the food not correct. However, MISSY IS A GEM. She is so kind, pays attention to detail, very polite, and just an overall joy to boot. She made sure everything was correct and if there was anything we needed she always made sure we had it with her beautiful smile. I love how she is personable and greets all her customers as ‘friends’ and she really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.
As a business owner, businesses need more employees who are passionate about what they do, like Missy! She will forever be our requested server, and if she’s not here, neither are we

Even with it being a busy night, our waitress was able to ensure our table was taken care of without being a bother. Overall, the food is alright, but the appetizers are where this place shines. We initially received the wrong item with our appetizer, which is understandable, being it was busy, but our waitress very quickly corrected the issue!

Updated review: I ordered the triple dipper, and honestly, everything I tasted today was way too salty. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this place again. Even the ranch dressing was super salty. This food made my feet, legs, and hands swell up. I ended up having to go to the hospital to get checked out and had to throw the food away. If you have high blood pressure, stay away from this place at all costs.
Old Review Dine In: The tables are way too close together. I could have sworn ️ was bigger from what I remember. The food was definitely not all that great. The only reason I gave this place two stars was because of the tray that I ordered. This is still not a place I would visit often. The quality of the food and the prices just do not match up.

They forgot my chips & gave me old queso/beef that was discolored & cold.
I ordered a ceaser salad & did NOT get anything close to that.
I was beyond disappointed with the food quality & accuracy of the order.

Chilis hinesville is a must. Great friendly staff management is always present and active food is the best in town and the servers really know how to make guest feel special 10 out of 10 everytime.

This visit was okay. All of the food was fresh and hot; however, my bone-in chicken wings were fried WAAAY too hard. But I gave ’em a pass because I was famished and mybskillet cookie was cooked soft and perfect, not to mention they weren’t stingy with the ice cream this time….LOL!

I sent 150.00 for 4 of us two children and 2 adults…Well mozzarella was burnt or just over cooked. chicken fingers in sauce was just nasty and they look bad..quesadillas dry and no flavor..Sprite tasted like faucet spritz water And the waitress was clueless in her own world like she was High on something…Never again Yall can have chili’s..
