Food was terrible. We had a burrito, quesadilla, chips & queso. No flavor, extremely bland & not put together well. $10 queso that is cold cheese wiz in a Dixie cup. Messed up my order and the number to call for support on their site is incorrect. The woman didn’t speak English & hung up on me twice. Will not be eating there again.

I’ve ordered food here twice, and both times the wait was unreasonable. The first time, I placed an order for pickup, but when I arrived, they hadn’t even started it — I ended up waiting 30 minutes. The second time, I ordered just two pastelitos and a juice, and it still took 20 minutes, even though the place was empty. While the food was decent the first time, my most recent order was completely burnt and inedible. Very disappointing — I won’t be coming back.
update- The restaurant claims they don’t sell patelitos (empanadas), but when I went in, I specifically asked, and the employee (the man with the beard) actually made them for me. Just because it’s not directly on the menu doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I was charged $12 for two patelitos and a small chinola juice. The fact that you guys sell them is on other reviews too, so I am not lying. To suggest that a customer confused the restaurant for another place is absurd. Haverhill doesn’t have many Hispanic food options to begin with — there’s definitely no confusion here. As a business, you should learn to take constructive criticism rather than dismissing honest customer feedback.

I ordered tacos and I found a bone in it and the chicken was burnt. 8 dollars for a small cup of juice is ridiculous. 50 dollars spent for 2 people. This overpriced junk is not worth it. I recommend going to the food trucks in Lawrence. Better price and quality and less wait times.

Just order through DoorDash and everything was just awful. The wings were terrible. The empanadas had no filling at all, even though we were supposed to have 3 different fillings. Absolutely terrible. Don’t recommend it. And everything was too overcooked, too deep fried, I don’t recommend that. Wasted $80

I dashed in for a quick lunch and found staff very helpful as I looked for non-meat options. I settled on shrimp tacos which were the best I’ve had, grilled shrimp, great seasoning, soft corn taco shell. Creamy orange sauce with a small kick.

Don’t eat here unless you want your order to be wrong and get food poisoning because you didn’t want to throw away $50 worth of food.
Reply to owner- nothing suspicious but your food quality, our food was a total of $50 because we got numerous items that were cold and wrong after waiting 35-40 mins. We got steak quesadilla, cheeseburger with fries, hot dog with fries, nacho cheese with chips and ice cream.

Disappointed in the complete experience. 40 min wait for 3 Tacos made wrong, when asked no explanation or apology. No customers waiting, 40 min wait.

Food was amazing! Mofongo and yaroa de maduro were amazing ! So was chicken and oxtail. Missing one small side but oh well. Id go back definitely. Went back again. Service is a hot mess there. But food is great!
