The food was delicious and the service was top tier! I asked for my steak as rare as possible and they actually made it rare and tender. First time that has ever happened. Allison and Chad went above and beyond to make our meal extra special and we really appreciated it. We’ll be back!

I really enjoyed my eggs,I just got scrambled. French toast is pretty thick, should’ve gotten a fruit added to it though as they were kinda plain. Waiter was on top of keeping our table cleared and drinks topped off.

Server Carlton was very attentive and apologetic. Restaurant was Not busy. They were out of Tea.. maybe from VDay weekend. One customer was complaining loudly about no tea or Coke products and only American cheese available…. But not the servers fault I wouldn’t think. Food arrived quickly, he brought my check and took money so I didn’t have to go to register. Just not a great experience, not bad… I wish the woman wouldn’t have complained so loudly. Though I didn’t get the refill on my pancakes.. and I didn’t bring it up because I just wanted out of there..I over tipped since I figured the complainer wouldn’t (wanted her cheese double and Free since there wasn’t tea or Coke products.).

The staff were really friendly and attentive! The food was hot and tasted great. There was a bit of a wait on the food but not much. We went on a Sunday morning and it was pretty packed so the wait in my opinion was justified. I would definitely come back.

This is by FAR the best experience we have ever had!!! We had just gotten home from a long trip and they were packed! Ella, our hostess, was so sweet. Our server, Sprayberry, greeted us with the best energy, and the biggest smile! She went over all their new promotions, suggesting we try the steak tips, which is an option for the bottomless pancakes. We did!! OMG!! Thank you Cooks! They were PERFECT! Even the manager stopped by our table to check on us. I didn’t catch his name, but thank you sir. It is very rare to find this level of service, from the hostess, server, cooks and manager!! We were so impressed!! Thank you Ihop and thank you Sprayberry, you are in a league of your own!! My whole family truly enjoyed her and her AMAZING SERVICE! This lady DESERVES a raise!! BEST we have ever had at an Ihop, and we have eaten at many! The service from our server and our food was out of this world and the reason we will be coming back!! We will be seeing you soon Ihop and Sorayberry! Keep up the GREAT work!!
