Kelly, Callista, and Holly are the kindest staff I have encountered. Every time I am in the store with them, they greet me with nothing but smiles. I hope they know how much I value them and the energy they bring to this place. I love walking in to see them working. Plus Kelly makes incredible steak.

usually i don’t write reviews but there’s so much wrong with this place. I walked in at 8:30 and they had no beans (Black or White), no guac, no lettuce. and meats were only a speck of barboca and chicken. I asked for three chicken quesadillas and she gave me all cheese. thank god i checked. Got home and tasted the food, and the vinegaratte is off and the chicken is bland. she was sweet but maybe there needs to be stricter rules

I frequent here but lately maybe the last 4-5 months it’s been a hit or miss. today i had to pick cilantro stems out of my bowl and the rice has been undercooked lately. unfortunate. we will let eachother know at work if it’s a good chipotle day or a bad one and to go somewhere else. wish it was always good

I came in at six and a nice lady with a star sticker on her cheek helped me out. I got a double wrapped chicken burrito. I asked for double everything and she did a phenomenal job and was very polite. Overall very good experience will definitely be back here.

Best veggie burrito bowl and always consistent. Can’t believe it took me so many years to figure out how delicious this place was! This is by far our favorite location around, it’s always clean the staff are quick and kind and it’s never as packed as many of the other locations.

I’m a professional hater but this place is just gross as hell. Love a good chipotle bowl but I’ve legitimately gotten food poisoning only from this location, multiple times. There is trash all over the place. It’s disgusting. Just read the reviews- whichever are 5 stars- do those seem legit to you given what clearly real people are saying?

Not sure why they have such a low star rating, but been here 3 time so far, and every time I go, they have good customers service, and very generous with the serving, the line might be long due to taking a longer time to wrap a huge burrito, but I’ve been to worse location, and this location had not disappointed me yet. Will be back.

I just don’t see how they can be serious about this presentation of their tacos. I ordered this for lunch today and I am looking at it in disgust wondering if I would be better off not trying it at all. Very unprofessional and lacking in pride and presentation at the very least. would be nice to have a container or plate or something, but the tacos are literally wrapped in tin foil thrown in a brown bag. Lettuce was rotten and dirty. Found a live little green bug in my guacamole. Told the counter person who told the manager and her response was that’s impossible. Don’t eat here. Than on top of it you have an employee with a bloody nose handling food with no gloves
