White Castle in Hinckley is pretty much what you expect, and that’s not a bad thing. The food is consistent and hits the spot if you’re craving sliders and fries. Everything tasted fresh enough, and the order was made correctly, which is always appreciated.
Service was fine—nothing over the top, but friendly and efficient. The staff kept things moving, even when it was a bit busy. The restaurant itself was reasonably clean, though it could use a little updating in spots.
Overall, it’s a solid stop for a quick meal, especially if you’re traveling or just want something familiar. Not amazing, but dependable and does the job.

Well first off I had an issue with the app.so instead of going through the drive thru I ended up having to go in the storerestraunt where the employee that told me that he couldn’t help me with the app issues.so that cost me a $10 difference from ordering at the counter.. anyway I proceeded to get my delicious burgers even tho I had to go through the bullshit and Must say that through out the years. That the white Castle burger definitely stands the test of time and i believe that the one of a kind flavor can satisfy anyone that is craving the the iconic white Castle flavor.

The new remodel is terrible there is no room to stand and wait to order or to stand wait for your food. It feels very uninviting. There was Absolutely no reason to change what it looked like before. I will not be back and will highly advise my friends not to come either. Change the lay out back!!

I love that White Castle has a location in Hinckley. I have been stopping here since I was a kid. Always tastes great. I usually get a crave case of cheeseburgers and don’t have to wait very long in the drive-thru. If you’re driving down 35 late at night, it is the only place open besides gas stations.

White Castle sliders are consistently awesome. It’s why you go there once in a while. Service at this particular WC is always slow. Maybe the building itself is just too small for the amount of traffic it gets.

Haven’t had this in yrs. Kinda remember why. Its a good snack though. They have a few more options then the last time I was there. Maybe it was just this location, I dont know. Staff was nice.
