I don’t come here often, but when I do I always have the best experience ever. I believe her name was Veronica ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ), she was so kind and had a smile that makes your day. Best place to eat at in Swansboro in my opinion.
Edit: To went today (as of August 31, 2024) and it’s still as good as it’s always been. The dude who was prepping my nachoes and burrito was as sweet as always. I still would always recommend people coming here. You get a good amount for ya buck and that’s awesome

I’m not sure how i could spend almost 20 bucks on a meal and it come out bad.
I placed an order online for a specific bowl and no peppers came on it, no queso came on it, no lettuce and cheese, and no sauce? it was literally the protein, rice, beans and whatever else i requested on it. i usually love burrito shak but im sorry this time was absolutely gross and i wouldn’t recommend ordering online.

Great variety on veggies and protein. My husband & I generally get the Aloha bowl. Which is pictured below. As always great food and great service. Thank you Swansboro N.C. burrito shackfor you patience as we did stop in right before you were about to close. Keep up the great work!

Food is good but the past few times I’ve come you guys have barely put anything in my tacos and today was no different. I used to love coming here but you guys aren’t putting nearly enough in these tacos for what I’ve paid. Here’s some pictures of the worst of it. There was less than a table spoon of filling in the one taco, hopefully these photos accurately show that.

Nice and quiet environment. Take the Shaka aspect of surfing directly into the burritos. I come here all the time after I go surfing. Props to you guys for making slamming burritos for ya boy.

Decent, but not worth the money. 2 kids meals, 2 adult meals, and chips and cheese dip was $55. Place was dirty. 6 employees behind the line, and we were the only family in there at one point. Dirty tables, no paper towels. Management needs to ensure normal cleaning happens. No cleaning the entire time I was in there.

Dillon at Burrito Shack is the real MVP! He’s always got a great attitude, super welcoming, and makes sure everything is just right with my order. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. The food is always fresh and on point, and the service Dillon gives just makes the whole experience even better.
