As Chik-fil-A goes, this one is pretty standard. I’ve always had nice people in the drive thru and I got delivery recently for the first time and the employee who delivered it, Kat, was very pleasant! I loved their new pretzel bun cheddar chicken sandwich. It was delicious! The drive thru line here can get busy at times, but it’s always moved quickly!

This Chick-fil-A is a very good restaurant. The decor is very nice. Everything is clean from the parking lot to the restrooms. The food was good. We ordered several different items and we all enjoyed them. We recommend this restaurant for a healthy meal.

I have been eating at this establishment for years and it has always been great, but this week I have been twice and I have been dissatisfied both times. Earlier this week I purchased 2 southwest wraps and a cookies and cream milkshake. The wraps were okay but the tomatoes were mushy and NOT AT ALL fresh. The milkshake was so runny that it was like drinking a glass of milk. Today I got the spicy cool wrap. The flavor was good but I had much more lettuce than I did anything else. I threw about 1/3 of each wrap away because it was all lettuce at that point. This is not what I expect from Chick Fila. Not sure how soon I will be going back.

Not Chick-fil-A standard. The chicken sandwich combo#1 was not hot. No one checked on us. A lot of standing around talking. Thank goodness the fries were hot. Who ever was the manager on December 2nd at 1:30 is letting staff slack off. This used to be 5 stars. Please get back to 5 stars. Thank you.

Ordered a take out catering for pickup at 2. Got there at 2:15 and the order was not read, not sure why not? Had to wait another 15 minutes for the order to be prepared and ready for carrot (it was a tray of nuggets and two gallons of beverage.). When I asked for a Diet Coke – since I had to wait…they charged me! I was so surprised. Keep a customer waiting and then charge them??! I thought this was not very friendly or accommodating – the coke could have been complimentary.

I don’t know what the girl’s name was at the drive through. But this is my second day with her at the drive. Through phenomenal, today is 02/12/26 I don’t know if that helps anyone give her recognition. But I work a local business and goodhelp is hard to find.

As of lately, within the last year, their food has been nasty. I tried different items to give them the benefit of the doubt. It seems like the workers, just throw the food in packages then give it to you. The worse food on the menu is their cold/grilled chicken in anything you put it in. The Italian dressing is disgusting and leaves a weird taste in your mouth. Not to mention, I don’t even want Italian dressing but they are too stingy to give extra vinaigrette dressing.
I understand it’s fast food but it’s still suppose to be food, not slop. Meat taste uncooked, WTH. Wasted $10.56
Getting rid of the app and will not eat from this company again.
Customer service has not been pleasant with many team members as well.

All Chick-fil-A stores are good, leaps and bounds ahead of all the other chains, and this location is best of the best. Drive through, mobile order pick up, in store pick up, dine in, I’ve tried them all. Never ever had a bad experience no matter what time of the day. Kudos to the staff. Everyone cares about what they do and it shows.

Very nicely renovated Chick-fil-A with a comfortable pleasant atmosphere. The usual delicious food. Just plain yummy! Friendly, helpful and efficient staff at this location. They keep the place clean.
