10 of 10! We finally got to dine here! We’re huge fans of craft, homemade ice cream with delicious out of the box flavors like bourbon bacon ice cream. Bonus: They have butterscotch ice cream in the rotation plus butterscotch shakes and Italian sodas Maybe more impressive, they serve grass-fed beef smash burgers that will knock your socks off. Their homemade fries stand toe to toe with Five Guys cajun fries We also loved their Cali-style corn burritos(taquitos). Only thing missing is delicious beers – we would certainly be regulars. Must visit!

I haven’t had ice cream this good since my grandparents were alive. It brought back so many great memories with the old fashioned, made with love taste, that’s hard to find in a time where people just slap your stuff on a plate.
It was a hot day but I wanted to eat in my hotel so they packed my banana split in an extra container so I wouldn’t spill it all over the car. It was still frozen when I reached my destination 15 minutes away. I am thinking about making a special trip to Branson just so I can have another delicious treat.
The burger was excellent but the ice cream stole the show. It’s the stuff memories are made of. Thank you for such a great experience.

Their smash burger and homemade cut fries & ranch are to die for! Truly the best burger I’ve ever had, with melted cheese that is made to be a little crispy 12/10! So cute on the inside and we had a great time playing card games while we waited for our food. Perfect spot to grab a meal and make some memories with your friends.

Hidden gem you must stop for! We had googled so many places that could accommodate my gluten allergy. We walked in ans told them that we saw they had gluten free and asked if it was true. She got a big smile on her face and said yes we have gluten free buns ans French fries. We were able to order gluten free for myself and my son with celiac and the rest of my family were also able to order having regular buns ans bred for the food they ordered. The owners were the ones working she took orders and he made the food. Fresh cut fries! Seasoned amazing! Super kinds ro us asked how the food was got us refills. Excellent customer service.
Also the best homemade ice cream I’ve ever had. We all ordered some and she was so knowledgeable about her flavors. All but 2 were gluten free!. It was my birthday so she said mine was on the house. We will visit again as we enjoyed it so much! Love a small mom and pop shop and those that provide excellent service!

Where do I begin? We had the Valentine special which was smash burgers, (grass fed) homemade fresh cut French fries, a drink and home made ice cream. The hamburger and fries were amazing! Their home made ice cream was to die for! So good!
They have games for the family you can play. Just a fun little place to go. I highly recommend this place and we will be returning!

The Sweet Shack in Hollister is an absolute gem! The smash burgers are amazing — cooked perfectly and full of flavor every time. And the ice cream… every single one I’ve tried has been exceptional. You can truly tell everything is made with love and care.
The Italian ice is refreshing and delicious, and the homemade ice creams are on another level. Aaron and Rose do such a great job creating a welcoming place with quality food and treats.

I have traveled all over the country and even abroad. Never, have a I had a burger so well rounded in flavor. The ice cream was spectacular but what really got the 5 stars was the fries. I never thought a side could compete with main dish but man it was such a great combination of food. Regardless of what you order you will be impressed.
