I stopped by this morning to pick up breakfast for my office, and unfortunately their system was down at the time. Even though they weren’t able to process orders the usual way, the team handled the situation so well.
The lady inside immediately jumped in to help and tried multiple different ways to make the payment work. She was patient, calm, and genuinely trying to find a solution instead of just turning me away. I ended up coming inside to sign, and they were able to help me place the order manually.
Everyone was very kind, accommodating, and professional throughout the whole situation. They even offered me a free drink for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated.
I already come to this location often because it’s close to my house, but today’s customer service gave it an extra boost. Amazing team — I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Friendly staff. Nice and somewhat clean restaurant. Ordering was easy on one of their many self serve kiosks. Ordered to table. They called out my order at the counter for pick up. I did not pick up as I ordered to table. A little later the order was delivered to my table. Food tasted fine but could have been a little warmer.

They were nice and quick, but I gave them 3 stars because our food was cold! Our fries were extra cold and not even salted. Seemed old and like they have been sitting around for awhile. We would have complained and had them remake our food, but we had already left and were on our way to our hotel.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The cashier was wearing a mask and I can barely understand what she was saying. I don’t speak Spanish. Covid is long over. No need for a mask anymore. The manager needs to put someone who speaks clearly at the register. It’s sad

The last 5 times I’ve been here they either forget something or make a mistake. Twice I PAID for extra sauce and they forgot to put it in the bag, they only gave me what comes included with the order. The third time I asked for no cheese and they put cheese. Today I decided not to buy extra sauce because they always forget it and they forgot to give me the ones included with the order. They also forget the patties I paid for. Then you go inside and everyone acts like they don’t see you smh. By the time I get home, which is down the street, my fries are cold from waiting for them to fix it. Get it together. I get making a mistake every once in a while but every time?? Seriously?

This McDonald always gets the order wrong every single time. This is the 4th time I’ve been here and I don’t get complicated food it’s literally sausage McGriddle and sausage McMuffin the way it comes and they always get it wrong. Either no egg and once they even gave me a chicken McGriddle it’s just ridiculous and then I asked for the correct item right now and she gave me such an attitude like it was my fault they messed AGAIN not even an apology nothing. Absolutely rude and incompetent. I had to get back in line lady and asked politely you need to get your attitude right. That’s why you work here.

Worst MdDonals I’ve ever been to. Terrible service. The manager seems like she hates her job. Dirty. Food was mediocre. No salt on fries. Coming to this location made me feel depressed. Just horrible.

I ordered here today but sometimes you guys give old fry’s that’s not ok. If I order here I’d like my food hot, I don’t care if I have to wait. Even with the construction you guys have going on it’s just to be mindful to make sure us customers are getting hot food

Employee who took care of us was extremely helpful, breakfast sandwiches and coffee sandwiches were great, good coffee, price was okay clean. Nice visit. The bathroom was clean.
