I ordered Popeyes via Uber Eats and I am displeased with my order. I ordered a 3 pc combo with beans/rice and soda. Also ordered a 3 pc strips. They forgot the red beans and rice and I didn’t get three strips. I only two strips… the third strips looks like some crust that the just threw in there to call it a strip. Food wasn’t tasty at all, not a good restaurant.

I came thru drive thru. Ordered a fish sandwich combo with large fry, coleslaw, and large coke. I was given a chicken sandwich with tartar sauce on it…and no cole slaw. A real disappointment. Every time I come to this Popeyes the food is always off. Once I received mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes tasted like water. That day I waited 35 minutes for my food and received bad mashed potatoes. The next time, they gave me coleslaw that was spoiled. Meaning the cabbage and relish was no good with an awful taste. The service is slow and the food is no good. I’m never coming back to this location.

I couldn’t understand the lady on the headset in the drive thru. Ordered my food and sat for 20 minutes at the door for them to bring my order out. Finally went inside and my order was sitting on the counter in the drive thru. Several people walked past me at the counter. One manager was on her phone instead of helping the growing number of customers. They were more concerned with sending some cup lids to another store. The older lady at the register finally asked me what I need, but she sounded like she was upset I was in their establishment. I finally get my bag and fries are missing. I had to wait another few minutes before the older lady at the register asked me, “Honey, what are you witing for now?,” like I was a problem in the store. Instead of them communicating they needed to drop some I just observed whatvwas taking place and waited another 7 minutes or so. The ONLY person who had a pleasant disposition was the young man at the front filling orders. Needless to say, I will NOT revisit this store if I can help it…so disappointing.

Chicken was fresh out the grease, piping hot! The red beans & rice was seasoned perfectly. The sweet tea was super sweet, but food the job of washing down that thick biscuit.
The cashier was nice & attentive. My order was taken and food given quickly.
The restaurant’s dining area was clean and only had 2 other patrons in there.

I JUST CAN’T WITH POPEYES!! I’m officially done with this chain…no matter where I go, this place is horrible!!! I placed a mobile order for pick-up in the drive-thru. I had to wait for 15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told that I had to go inside to pick-up my mobile order! I get inside, and the place is crowded! No Social distancing protocols being observed!!! When I got up to the cashier, she could not find my mobile order. She asked the manager for help, but the manager was too busy on her phone talking about her children’s birthdays.
