I visited this location on March 3, 2026. There were (3)people in line. I was the 2nd customer. The cashier was working alone. It took a minimum of 12 to 15 minutes before my order was taken. The line extended to about 20 customers waiting to be serviced. Once my order was taken the store manager arrived & proceeded to help with getting the orders out. While waiting, I asked the cashier if the manager would be preparing my order, in the process the manager turns around and asked me. Is there a problem. I Asked if she washed her hands, because she had just arrived @ the store. She replied I washed my hands. (No gloves) I’m not nasty with much attitude. I replied no need for an attitude. I have the right to ask. She replied, I don’t have to tell you I washed my hands. We exchanged words back & forth. I said, but why are you offended & getting loud? that is not the way a manager should react. You have your employees here & a lobby full of customers. I asked her for her name & she did not reply. I asked again & she replied, go find someone else to play with. SMH.. I certainly hope that this review gets reviewed by upper management & have a conversation with the store manager at this location.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant.
I am highly allergic to shrimp and this particular Popeyes do not cross contaminate.

The very nice young man who took my order assured me that they cook their chicken in its own oil and not in the same oil as the shrimp.

I’m gonna be totally honest, service is somewhat okay, i waited over 20 minutes for my food and the worker in the front with braids or locs I couldn’t tell but she was a woman told me “ why didn’t you say anything” I had a feeling she was going to forget about giving me my food after another lady came up as soon as she ordered to check on her food. That distracted her and she completely forgot about giving me my food, also forgot my drink when I finally got my order, she bagged it up so fast she also forgot another fry that was missing. I understand you have a lot going on, orders to take, orders to make, etc but workers should be mindful about orders at all times and apologizing and giving grace was something I expected from her but forgotten food and her energy gave “ Hurry up and get this food and get out of my face” when YOU forgot my order and YOU also forgot to bag some of my food.
Edit: Also I’ve never seen a Popeyes not comp food for messed up orders or long waits, y’all are very stingy with food..

First off all the audacity to have poor customer service, at a multi million dollar company. I can’t wait call cooperate. Gave me food that another customer had, look through and even touched. I am so darn grossed out , who does this? As a manager of a business, this is unacceptable.Not only that!!! I also waited for20 minutes before giving the wrong food. I can go on and on. It’s so much and honestly all I want is for cooperate to know. That night crew!!! I mean each and everyone of them except the light skinned drive thru guy, needs to be retrained or fired. It was absolutely horrible. I’m hoping to return and speak with a day manager, to maybe help the night manager in customer services as well as food service.

Love the fresh food staff today friendly but I have ordered for pick up this is my 3rd time and everytime I’m the last to get my order… it even has an hop the line scan code on sight. but I pre ordered it at 1pm it has now been 55mins since my order I have yet to order in advance and actually have my order ready once I arrive I’m disappointed. I might as well order when I get there please adress thus issue we order in advance to get faster service for various reasons. It’s 2.pm I still don’t have my food.

This place is beyond disorganized and unprofessional. They are constantly running out of items, forgetting parts of your order, and then acting like you’re the problem.

I ordered a meal with mac and cheese, was charged for it, and later realized it was missing. I went back through the drive-thru and was told, “We ran out of mac and cheese.”
So why charge me for something you don’t have?

When I questioned it, they responded with an attitude and asked if I wanted something else. No apology. No accountability.

Then it got worse.

I went to the window for a refund. One employee opened the window and suddenly asked, “Do you want your mac and cheese?”
I told her, “You just said two seconds ago you were out.” She said, “Let me check.”

Before she could even come back, another employee jumped in asking, “Cash or card?”
I said cash, assuming I was getting a refund maybe even the mac and cheese for the inconvenience.

She then comes back and says, “Oh, I can’t do cash,” even though she literally just asked me cash or card. Complete chaos.

I got the refund and waited to see if the other employee was bringing the mac and cheese. Nope. Same rude girl Soniyah comes back and says, “We’re out.”

This is not a one-time issue this happens every single time I come to this location. Rude staff, zero communication, no organization, and no customer service.

Save yourself the frustration and do not go here

I went to this location for lunch, and the food was delicious and hot and fresh. I got the jumbo shrimp and mashed potatoes it was great. Service was quick and efficient, too.

I’m very disappointed.
At first when I first visited this location. I was impressed with the freshness and well seasoned of the food. Although I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order. I assumed they had an overwhelming day. But after 2 more visits. I began to notice that the reason why I and other always had to wait so long for our orders was because they do not drop enough chicken to be prepared for walk ins as well as drive through. I also noticed that they make sure the drive through orders get served first neglecting the walk in customers orders. Making the walk in customers have to wait even longer for their orders.
It happened again today with me.
It was only 5:59 pm.
I ordered 14 pcs meal spicy. Had to wait over15 minutes again. Because again the same manager that did this before, rudely snatched up majority of the spicy chicken as soon as it came up to fill the drive through window orders.
Knowing the guy working the front counter making her aware he was waiting for spicy to come up.
I felt bad for the guy who took my order as he had to explain to me that he didn’t have enough chicken to complete my order. I almost asked for my money back. But didn’t want to make the guy feel it was his fault. But that manager really need to ensure she have enough chicken dropped for every customers orders. I was upset because I drove for 25 minutes just to come to that location. Passing by all the other franchises even in my own neighborhood. Just to enjoy the freshness I got the very 1st day I came to this location.
Again Kudos to the cooks. But that manager needs to do better. Don’t drop to order. Everyone can’t always wait 15 minutes or longer.
I guess at this location to get an accurate order. Don’t walk in. Use the Drive through instead.
They can’t seem to handle walk ins in a timely manner.
I waited over 20 minutes and still had to just settle for 5 mild of my 14 pc Spicy. I paid too much for this

Just came through drive through for a 3 piece blackened tenders combo. They told me to pull up the wait would be five minutes and they still gave me small not fully cooked tenders!!! Why would you have cars pull up and wait and the food still not be fresh. Too concerned about drive time and still wasting people’s time pulling them up for cool food .
