First time visiting, this bright, huge and new food shop hosts 2 restaurants in 1 , a hotpot restaurant and a normal dishes restaurant. We chose the normal dishes restaurant and we’re frankly quite disappointed.

Not only the price was above average, it’s either bland, dry or tasteless. We ordered the Naan, skewers and they are all mid. The only thing remotely good is the chicken skewers which is worth it!

The service however is great, you are served unlimited tea refills and the staff always checks your order list which I find to be very impressive. The atmosphere is fancy but it’s quite hot as the ventilation is not enough.

Overall, a below average restaurant with great service.

Thank you for reading my review

Ordered Chicken Noodle and Chicken BBQ skewers, I really enjoy the skewers. They put lots of spice seasoning. The chicken noodle is great. I also ordered spicy but the taste is not that spicy. The pic looks very reddish but not that spicy. Chicken is quite cold so when I put the chicken in the hot broth, the inner chicken is still very cold… and taste a little raw, but ok la… it’s tolerable. The meal is still enjoyable somehow.

As for the price, the noodle soup is very reasonable. RM16.80 for this kind of mall establishments is… really cheap! When I was in Hangzhou, this kind of similar noodle cost RMB 30 – 40.

Anyway, we have a great meal.

We had the Lanzhaou beef noodles (pickled cabbage) and lamb skewers. Both very tasty. One thing I have to commend is the cleanliness of this place. They keep the place spotless. There was a foreigner couple with a baby nearby our table that made a huge mess on their table like 10 pax ate there, and the team cleaned it in a jiffy like new! Service is attentive and friendly. They will refill your drinks when they see your cups ate half empty. Kudos to the team.

Trying the Nomad Hotpot next door.

Quite affordable for all you can eat style hotpot even on the weekends. I like the counter seats that very nice for single and group of friends. Food taste good, and every topping are fresh. Even though it is hotpot, you can still order other Chinese menu like skewers or fried rice from the qr code given.

However the staffs could be more helpful. Arrived and staff just ask to scan the menu for everything you want. That’s it. I ended up ordered the meats from the qr code when I finally know the included meats are located in the fridge front. Many other customers also looked very clueless while the staffs just focusing clearing tables.

Appreciate the halal hotpot option available now. Easy to find it from the mrt station. Very recommended!

Had an amazing dining experience here. The food really stood out – juicy dumplings, crisp and flavorful pastries, and rich beef noodles that were perfectly seasoned. The stir-fried beef with green peppers was fragrant and tender, while the chili egg dish added just the right amount of spice. The beef and carrot rice was hearty and comforting, and the fresh salad plus a chilled drink rounded everything off beautifully.

Great flavors, generous portions, and a nice cozy atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and revisit!

First time trying and it was better than we expected. Price slightly cheaper than sukiya with more variety of food including fish slice, lamb, beef, chicken & etc. Everything was great even wiht their dessert section. Somehow the soup was normal and quite tasteless, and if you decide to top up the soup would cost us around Rm9. If you want it for free, can just add water to it. No big deal since we dont drink much of the soup. Would return someday

Had a quick snack otw
To the MRT station.

Had the Xinjiang Lamb Skewers
& some sort of puff with lamb in it. Service very fast & staff very attentive. I had the original skewers in shanghai & this one had the same taste.

Will come again to try the noodles next.

I went 2 times hotpot before it turn into a buffet. It was very good before. I just want to have a cheaper and quick hotpot as I don’t always have big appetite but now it becomes what every other hotpot is, and worst food.

Just tried the buffet. The area has no line, internet is slow. Took me 10 mins to scan the QR to order. Order from QR like skewers require additional money. The belt has limited dishes, very less meat.

The beside one food is good, noodle is chewy.

1 star – The hotpot

Paid RM 68 for their Signature Chicken Curry but full of potatoes and oil instead of enough chicken. No signature taste at all. Only look good for eyes and I felt like got cheated. Staff, service and atmosphere is good. Drinks are reasonable for the price.

This Chinese restaurant serving halal Chinese food is located in One Utama Shopping Centre.

The restaurant setup is simple but different dining environment from the traditional Chinese restaurant.

Their menu is relatively wide.
Noodles and rice dishes are available.
Their Xinjiang Style Fried Beef Noodles and Xinjiang Style Chicken Noodles are great. A nice different experience and recommended.
The Pinach With Wheat Gluten is great too. Recommended too.
Another recommendation is their Cold Beef Slices.

Food portions are reasonable.

Service is fast, good and professional.

Cleanliness is good.

The shopping mall provides clean public washrooms and adequate handicap facilities.

Handicapped patrons on wheelchairs can patronize this restaurant easily.

Prices are reasonable and very affordable.
Cash, e-wallet and credit card payments are accepted here.

There is a large carpark within the shopping mall.
