The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The employee looked annoyed the moment we showed up, which set the tone right away. My sister specifically asked for nothing on her chicken burger, and it still came out with everything on it.
On top of that, the plum sauce for the chicken nuggets was forgotten, and the fries were way too salty to enjoy. Simple requests weren’t followed, and the overall service felt careless. Definitely not the experience you expect when ordering something so basic.

Normally I have 0 problems from this store but today 12-23-25. One of the employees working drive thru and front counter just had a poor attitude. Waited in line for over 25 minutes. Pulled to the window and the lady there was super nice but the girl behind her was continuously complaining about people that called out and she said “ I could care less about his order. If she isn’t Otto care about my order then there’s no reason to trust her to handle the food I’m buying. Please do a better job providing polite and respectful service.

The food was great store was clean but the manger was in the store screaming sexually words and cussing out her employees. Belittling them and treating them like they aren’t human. I asked the young boy working on front counter her name he said Jenifer. I didn’t get the boys name but he was very polite took my order in a timely manner. The manger you could hear her from the back saying sexually things towards another; just inappropriate. Some things you shouldn’t hear in a work place and then she finally noticed the people in the lobby and she started screaming at the employees I seen everyone doing their jobs she started yelling at the lady telling her she was disrespectful and she was cleaning doing her job I could literally see everything from the lobby. One thing I loved about this Burger King you can see them make your food but you can also see the actions of every employee.

Food was good , service is not that great. The younger kids in here DO NOT care about customers,they act like we are a nuisance to them , they do not keep the lobby cleaned up that well and are out of thing’s regularly. No sweet or unsweetened tea. ? No ketchup ? How does this happen.

It wasn’t busy at all I’m the only one on the inside with an order. I ordered a double cheeseburger w/ bacon and she handed it to me I got back to the truck and there was no bacon. Only person in the store. The food is delicious here but they always find a way to get my order wrong. I don’t understand this shit when it’s not even busy

Sidney Jen and Cass were really friendly despite the UBER order I was picking up came in 10 min prior to closing.. The food looked good and the resrraunt waa veey clean. I will definitely come back.

We came in about 1:30am it was clean the food was hot and fresh I will like to thank the night manager Jennifer for her hard work she was nice and friendly we had our food with in 2 minutes she has great customer service always smiling we will be back
