Ordered medium super supreme. My wife and I said it didn’t taste as good as we remember the pizza use to be. Well the reason is that the pizza was undercooked. Pizzas dough was still little raw. Very disappointing.

If I could give a zero star review I would. We placed our order tonight via the website and were told it would be 25-30 minutes. After 60 minutes I called and asked to speak to someone who said it was pretty sure it had left the store. After 10 additional minutes I called back and waited 10 minutes on hold to speak to the manager “Sally” and she got on the call and said what do you want me to do?…I said I’m just surprised it is this late since we placed out order through your website not through a third party. She said “well that’s your problem. They don’t know how busy we are” I said well I like a refund and she said you can call back in the morning and I was going to ask if she knew an update on our existing order and she hung up on me before answering. So unimpressed with the customer service I will absolutely NEVER order from this location again.

Went on a date with my wife, she really likes Pizza Hut and we thought that this was the only sit down restaurant left in Sioux Falls. We were disappointed to find out that there are none left. Only these pickup/delivery locations. So we ordered a large Italian sausage pan crust pie and some cheese breadsticks. The staff were very friendly and the location was clean. The pizza ended up being a little on the too saucy side but was still good. The food was prepared very fast while we waited.

I called for delivery, I usually order from here first they told me I’m not on their delivery zone but I been ordering for years. They ended up fixing it but they put someone else’s address on the order put my addresss on the notes but still got it wrong. Was delivered through DoorDash the dasher couldn’t find my address called me I gave him the address still couldn’t find it. The food ended up being so cold and nasty, waste of my money plus the extra tip I gave to the dasher which was totally not the dashers fault, this location has gotten worse; needs to do better. Really disappointed and will not be ordering again.

They just say “oh your order was canceled” & when try to ask what happened they avoid conversation & wave you aside to help the next person who just walked thru the door. A simple explanation is the least they could give, extremely rude!!

My husband and I was in there ordering food, as I was giving my order to the guy I was taking back by the comment he had made to me (hussy) I was so embarrassed by it asked him what did he mean and then ask him as I looked around saw other customers in there,taking by it he just smile and I asked again what did mean am I fat I was just in disbelief I believe tht was the GM . This is the kind of people we have running the store . This was monday night . Im so upset and embarrassed my his actions
