I go to this McDonald’s 4-5 times a week. I only use the drive-thru so can’t speak about the inside. In general they are very fast and accurate but on weekends especially it’s not uncommon to have to pull into one of the drive-thru parking spaces to wait for your food.

I forgot to leave a review here but I emailed corporate and never heard anything back. This McDonald’s messed with my food on purpose. I made a large order and they forgot a Big Mac so my husband went back up to get it. When he brought it home it was stacked all wrong, like clearly on purpose. I was starving so I went to eat it anyways and restacked it.
After the first bite I realized that they put a spicy sauce on it instead of the Big Mac sauce. It was very hot. I drove it back up there and they were all laughing. My fave turned red and I had an allergic reaction and broke out in hives from this sandwich. Worst experience at a McDonald’s ever. Who know what they did to that sandwich.

I am very disappointed with this McDonald’s location. Every time I come here, they give me the wrong order, and when I try to explain the problem, nobody seems to understand because they don’t speak English clearly. On top of that, the Hispanic managers are no help at all — instead of fixing the mistake or helping me get the food I paid for, they just ignore me and even started talking about me in Spanish, which I could tell was rude. It feels very unprofessional and disrespectful as a customer. If I am paying for my food, I expect to get my full order and to be treated with respect, not talked about or ignored. This location seriously needs better training for their employees and managers to handle missing food and customer complaints properly.

This McDonald’s is located behind the now almost lifeless Eastpoint mall ( like many malls it’s had to try and re-define itself). This McDonald’s is IMHO fast and friendly. I’ve stopped here over the years mainly for a quick breakfast and as fast food goes….I’ve never been disappointed. Consistency is the way McDonald’s does business and this location certainly maintains that goal. Speaking for myself this location has always been spot on. Your experience may vary but remember, it’s fast food served by underpaid folks who work hard and deal with a rude…… partially undeserving public all day and night. #Handfingerstrong

If I could give negative stars I would. Every time we order from here it’s a gamble of whether or not we’ll actually get what we ordered. They always ask you to pull forward and multiple times they forgot we were there and we had to go inside l and remind them. The person taking orders does not understand anything you say to them. Kind of silly to have someone who doesn’t speak English taking orders. The manager never corrects anything and just gives you attitude. We’ve been refused refunds multiple times. This location needs to be shut down at this point because there is just no saving it. Better off being inconvenienced and driving an extra 10-15 minutes down to Wise Avenue or Eastern Avenue in the city- and THAT says something.

On 09/06/25 I just had the worst experience from a McDonald’s. I went to the drive thru, placed an order for a egg McMuffin. I had a receipt that stated after taking a survey I received a 16 digit number to receive a sandwich of equal value or lesser value. I was informed by the Mgr. I could get a free cookie. My question is Why, when my receipt clearly stated a free sandwich. I had previously paid for my order $5.29, gave the cashier $6.00 & she gives me fifteen cents change instead of seventy-one cents. This going back & forth about the correct change was nerve wrecking. The Mgr. was determined not to correct this matter, so I asked for my $6.00 back. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s & it has left me wondering are these ppl trained correctly to be serving the public

I made a mobile order for a 5 dollar meal, when I got there I got a happy meal. Not what I ordered so went back in they just gave me the sandwich not the way I wanted it asked for it to get fixed again and still gave me the wrong food. I work at the dealership up the street and can promise you none of are techs will be visiting this location anymore.
