This location is so stingy. If you use a coupon (only for certain subs), you’re only allowed less cheese, less meat, less veggies and also one sauce. Tried to tell us it’s corporate rules, but subways are franchised and it was the first time hearing you can’t get 2 sauces. ♀️ We have been going there for 8 years and with the new ownership in the last few years, we will just drive further to Gahanna.

Went here for dinner at 9:20 when door and google said it closed at 10 walked in and they said they were closed. We walked in 40 minutes before close, the doors were unlocked, and the lights were on. It is crazy to me to turn away customers and have all food put away 40 minutes before the advertised close time. There were 3+ sets of customers that also tried to eat there that they turned away while we were parked trying to look for something else to eat.

I placed an online order, was charged and when I went to pick it up they hadn’t received it. I tried to check all the details and show her that I had been charged and the receipt I had and she waved her hand and walked away saying I need to call corporate. She would not even look at what I was trying to show her with the valid address and receipt. I was just going to place the order there and changed my mind after seeing her wipe her face with the gloves she was handling the food with and I saw the veggies that looked horrible and old and the place looked dirty. I’m thankful there was an issue with my order bc I imagine you will get sick from the food there. They need to work on customer service as well.

We ordered ahead and picked up at the store. We ordered 3 salads of which all had dressing on them in the bowls, not sure why they would do that, but by the time we got them home they were disgusting. The subs were fair at best and looked skimpy, but tasted ok. Overall disappointed. This was our family Christmas get together.

Was an online order that was placed 3 hours previously. Was scheduled for pickup at 6 and I walked out at 6:35. Sauce for the pretzel bread was skimpy as was some of the meat on the cheese steak subs. Floors were sticky. These experiences won’t deter me from ordering from Subway again but will certainly make me have second thoughts before ordering from this location again.

I come here alot to order and usually no problem but after trying to be a vitamin water and buy a side of dressing (because I forgot mine at another location), they wouldn’t let me get the dressing without buying an actual sandwich…..lmao…. Luckily another customer just got it for me since he had a sandwich ordered, thank you to that man. Employee couldve easily just charged me 75 cents or something since I was paying customer from buying my drink. LOL

Placed an online order at around 9:20pm on October 2nd for 2 Footlong subs 2 cookies and chips. Both subs were made incorrectly my toppings ordered being lettuce mayo and pickle and the topping I received were cucumbers tomatoes onions and spinach…. And no cheese like I order. Called to ask if they can remake them and the woman on the phone told me that she made the subs and she knows she made them correct. So even brought back the messed up subs for proof but they already had remakes made. Get home and it’s still wrong oh and didn’t get chips and they were out of the cookie we ordered

Dine in area is remodeled, clean and bright. Staff, which seems to be family run, have been friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Most recently I had an issue with a door dash order and the woman who helped me was so kind, apologized and was quick to remedy the issue, above and beyond. Also, the food all was very fresh, bread was fresh and soft… All around great experiences here.
