Arrived to pick up 2 orders on Halloween. A crocasian guy by the name of Darren arteric was very rude. Didn’t even check to see if the order was ready. Just said it was gonna take a hour to 2 hours. I waited for 20 minutes. Come to find out the order was already sitting there. On the table with other orders. He was so rude and obnoxious. He didn’t even check. It took another co-worker to check and see that the order was ready. Someone came in and he only told him 20 minutes. It was his friend who wants someone to work there. No customer service at all, rude and disrespectful.

They charged us $33 for our two medium pizzas, which was ridiculous but the lady at the register applied their one-topping discount which cut the price in half. All of the menu prices are blacked out so you can’t see anything you’re purchasing. 4 stars for the helpful price update but docked one for the confusing process to get there.

I called in my order (2 large 2 topping pies) and the guy that answered got my order perfectly. They told me 15 minutes, and they were so accurate! Our order was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the staff was friendly and very helpful! It was clean and well lit. I will definitely visit again!

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. My husband and I placed an order and before the DoorDash delivery driver could even leave the store (yes, they use DoorDash because they have no delivery drivers), contacted me and told me that the person at the place gave away our order to another DoorDash driver. They had to remake the order and once we received the order, it wasn’t made properly and we were missing a cheese cup that we paid for. There is a Papa’s Guarantee and we didn’t eat any of the pizza before we called the store to let them know what we got wasn’t as advertised. Before I could even say the problem, the manager (Kristen I believe) was already yelling asking me if my name was Nancy. It wasn’t, and when I calmly explained our predicament, she corrected me saying that I got the 12 in New York Style when I did, but it was closer to the size of the breadsticks (10 inches), and had seasoning in a clump on one piece of the pizza, which looked like beef imo. She argued with me again and said our order was made correctly, so I just hung up because I was not going to argue with someone already irate. We always order from here, but after we expend our Papa Dough, I’m not ordering from this location ever again. The customer service was terrible and instead of yeeling at me over the phione she could have been more professional. Like we understand when mistakes happen, and don’t put up too much of a fuss. But this was the final straw. Don’t order from here unless you want to get yelled at when THEY make a mistake.

This Papas is great! Service, food, and price are some of the best. Last night had a good pizza just not the way I ordered it. The new call center has a kink or two? But a big Thank You to the manager on the phone today who took his job serious and gave the best customer service! Look forward to our next pizza at PJ’s!!

As a regular customer of Papa John’s, I have noticed a clear pattern of terrible behavior from the staff. The drivers are not only rude and disrespectful towards customers, but also towards their own lady manager and the male manager. It is shocking to see how they blatantly disobey their them. What’s worse is that they often make the lady manager do their work while they sit back and relax. And when it’s time to clock out, they always leave early claiming they don’t have enough hours, but then complain about their hours and lack of money. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall reputation of Papa John’s. It is high time for the management to take strict action against these employees and ensure that their staff is trained to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies with integrity. Customers should not have to deal with such terrible behavior when trying to enjoy a meal at Papa John’s. Immediate measures need to be taken to improve the work ethic of the staff and maintain a respectful and efficient work environment. I’m sincerely disappointed in the way the higher ups don’t do anything but sit back?! Do you not care for your own people or your money I personally dislike that type of laziness and disrespect towards your own workers and your own company it is revolting to see!
This wonderful kind lady who has been doing the boxing of the pizza has been through a lot of mental stress I feel for her! And the male manager!

This store is always super busy. The staff usually has everything under control. Even when an issue arises.
I have never had a complaint about the pizza front this store. It is always as I ordered it and ready on time, 99% of the time.

They have completely taken out any human interaction with their phone in orders. I refuse to talk to a computer to order a pizza. It would be nice to talk to a human. My business will go elsewhere.

This Papa John’s is my go to for pizza. They have great prices($12.99) for a large 1 topping. Different types of sauces, friendly staff and quick service. I always order on the app and it allows me to track the order which is nice. I would recommend this spot.
