So I had the worst experience of my life. I got food poisoning from the gallopinto and had to go to the emergency room with N/V. The CT Scan showed gastroenteritis, almost had surgery. I was admitted and placed on IV antibiotics for 24 hours. Avoid this place they sold old food, still have some in the fridge and am thinking of taking it to a lab for testing. 0 stars

Just had a baby shower and needed catering. These folks, did not disappoint. I ordered the day before and they cooked everything the morning of the party so the food is SUPER fresh! The food, needless to say, is AMAZING!! This is the 2nd time I’ve used them for catering and they always come through!. Very inexpensive and the food is always in abundance. Will 100% be returning. AMAZING FOOD!!

Fritanga Coquito is an authentic Nicaraguan restaurant, the food was delicious and good portioned! They also sell Rosquillas, Picos and other baked goods to take and enjoy at home. I love that for lent they have dishes like Sopa de Queso which is generally only served during this holiday. The location has free parking. The family running the business does a great job keeping the place neat and are friendly. I love that this Nicaraguan restaurant is owned and run by actual Nicaraguans; this is not necessarily the case for many restaurants in the city, which may sell our food but the owners are not Nicas. I love this place!

The food is fabulous and the cacao is the best in town. The customer service is top tier and the owner is super caring and always reassuring that your being taken care of. It’s the best Nicaragua food place here in Florida my family and I love this place. My family and I really recommend it.

Very authentic and great tasting Nicaraguan food. The carne asada was tender and tasty! The staff was friendly and very serviceable. They were open to conversation about their products. The place itself was very clean and an inviting atmosphere.

The owner’s wife is too jealous. It’s a couple that own the business and the wife began getting hostile because her husband was providing excellent customer service. The food was okay. The caldo was good. Unfortunately, I will not be goin back because that did not make me feel comfortable! The wife charged me for seafood rice when I told her that I didn’t want it after learning it was an up charge. She gave it to me anyway and told me that life is too short to give up on things. It’s not about the money, I simply don’t like being forced to do things.
