Very interesting ordering system with paper bags and markers where you mark your own selections. My tuna was not that great. They are ok and in LVI one of the best selections. Will probably try a hot roast beef sandwich next time.

Split a regular sub with another person for about $20. Decent sub in an airport for an okay price. Did have to wait a bit since they were busy. A little too much bread for my taste but that is easily fixed.

I’m not sure about the other two reviews, but we had a great experience at this sandwich shop. It’s important to note that my rating is based on airport food, not fast food or a sit-down restaurant. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean.
They offer a variety of options, from cold subs to hot subs/hoagies. We tried the buffalo chicken sub, a turkey sub, and a meatball sub—all of which were tasty and full of flavor.
The big question I always ask, especially for airport vendors, is: would I eat here again? My answer is definitely yes. The ordering process is unique; you choose one of ten bags that your sub will be placed in and check off your options.

Very disappointed by the bait and switch pricing.
$13.75 already seems pricy for a sandwich, but I get it- you’re at an airport and make believe prices exist. But then the sandwich actually costs $16.75 plus tax. For $17.75, I would expect something a little better than a mediocre sandwich! Would be nicer if people were a little honest

I was at this location @6:30am to get a breakfast sandwich and the girl that was working there was in the back slicing meat never looked up I was calling out hello are you open and nothing the people working here suck. And from what I hear the manager is no better I popped into this place around 6:30 am hoping to grab a breakfast sandwich, but the girl behind the counter was busy slicing meat and didn’t even glance up when I called out hello, are you open? It was a bit frustrating. And, from what I’ve heard, the manager isn’t much better either.

Me and my wife ordered two sandwiches. My wife had the crab sandwich and I had the turkey and cheese, very tasty and we were satisfied good food for the price.

I ordered a tuna sun. I was asked trice if I wanted it toasted. I didn’t check that I wanted it toasted. The girl clearly wasn’t paying attention when she had to ask twice if I did. The roll tasted day old. The tuna was good and had most of the toppings that I asked for. The girl who made it was chomping on gum so hard I thought it might fall in my sandwich. Nobody was wearing hair nets and their hair was hanging down over the sandwich. I will not return.

Not sure what the issue is here but enjoyed my salad and my daughter enjoyed her sandwich. It is an airport location and actually even with that considered found the food to be tasty and very fresh. Enjoyed the ability to customize too.

This place is inside the airport if you order online you have to have a boarding pass to go in a pick up your food , i orderd large drinks they send me small drinks if you call the number on the website they dont pick up it hangs up automatically

They advertise an $8 “signature sandwich” but do not tell you what is in it and you cannot order it by name. You need to guess what’s in it by writing your order on a bag. Cashier was rude. Decided to look at reviews and saw the food was bad in every review, so changed my mind on eating there.
