*Edit: ((OVER 3 WEEKS) still no response from management! )Worst subway that I have ever been too! Online and in-store the hours state 930 pm close I placed an online order for pickup at 850pm arrived about 840 everything was already put up. Three people working to close one person attending the sandwich bar. $12.29 this is a joke!!!! If you want your value for your dollar this wasn’t the time for it.

I came in with my boyfriend and his little brother. There was a younger man I assumed was being trained, and the older one training him. Throughout making the 3 sandwich’s the older one was extremely rude, and the younger one wouldn’t speak above a whisper. Once we were ready to check out, I asked if could I get the meal of the day. On Sundays the meal of the day is oven roasted turkey sandwich, which is what I got. The older one extremely rudely said the I should’ve asked earlier. I said that I had already ordered the oven roasted turkey sandwich, and I just wanted to make it a meal. He scoffed and then ignored me. And he did not end up giving me the meal of the day. All it would’ve required was giving me a medium drink, my two cookies, and ringing it up as the meal of the day. But instead I’m deeply disappointed in the management for employing rude people. Not only that but the food was also dry and barely had any meat or cheese. And the bread seemed to be stale.

I was told Saturday night by a girl named Abby that she wouldn’t be making my sandwich which I had been waiting for since 8:45 pm that her manager told she no longer had to make any sandwiches. I would love to thank the young lady who also worked there that came to get her food help get my money back and let the girl know that she couldn’t just make her family sandwiches and not serve the the other guests. I really hope the next time I go back Abby doesn’t work there anymore

Good employee, BAD management. I want to start by saying that the lady that took my order and made my sandwich was very nice and did a great job. However, she was alone with a constant line of people. It took 15 minutes to get to my turn with only 3 people in front of me.
I thought it was a shorthanded day.
I came back in a week later and it’s a different lady, still all alone. I didn’t have time to wait and bought something from the gas station that the subway is inside and asked if the Restaurant was always understaffed. They said yes, the manager of the restaurant wouldn’t hire more people.
Why would management staff a restaurant better? I know that I’m not the only person to leave and caused them to loose a sale.

Me and my mom went in two place a order for 3 ft longs and some chips. As soon as I walk in the “manager” she told me I can’t walk in as a licensed carrier of a side arm that I can’t can’t walk in there. Then not only did her mouthy self make three nasty sandwiches she locked my moms card so I had to pay off of my card.

By far the best experience with a subway. We both ordered a steak cali and he made sure we knew what was on it before he put it on just to make sure we had our best sandwich. He was very quick but made it one of my now favorite sub but also my fav locations.
