Would totally give a 5-star review if you had chocolate chip cookie on the buffet!
Service was great, fast, staff member was ON POINT and very conscientious and attentive but not over- bearing picking up dishes, keeping the place tidy. I did not get his name, sorry. Pasta on buffet was just okay and not really hot. Loved the salad bar! Thank you for having that! Buffet pizza choices were great. First time I actually loved a dessert pizza too! Seating is just okay, I prefer booths but I get it, maximize space. We’ll be back!

I love Snappys but this is the first time the food isn’t good and order is wrong. I only called about my sandwich not being right and the cookie is burnt. The guy that dropped our food off, I don’t think he was okay. But she did offer to give me a credit on my stuff. But my husband’s sandwich was wrong too, fries not cooked all the way. Sorry Snappys but paying this much for food kinda upset. All should be replaced to be honest. I know stuff happens but a 40$ meal after a long day, we were looking forward to it

Very disappointed. We ordered regular crust for both pizzas. Had the same pizza at the fort wright snappy a couple weeks ago and there was huge difference. Chicken was smaller, crust was tough, and sadly was nothing like the other snappy.
