I got the green chile chicken Alfredo (low carb)
It was delicious ! I feel like I ate a very healthy chicken enchilada casserole !
I feel energized and satisfied!
So thankful they even have a microwave to heat up the food and utensils ! Clean atmosphere…
I was in the area and wanted something healthy. Whenever I’m in the area I must come back ! Everything was fresh and perfect in salt . Taste was delicious ! thank you !

They are not accurate with the Label Information of their products: they sold me a Ciabatta Sausage Sandwich with side of raspberry jam and fruits and I found out in a bad way that it was a extremely spicy salsa instead of the sweet jam!!! Thanks for burning my palate!!!

BE aware of this company, they are not consistent in the weight of their meals products, I recently bought two Lo-Mein Chicken meals and their weight was 267 grams and 280 grams each (now they changed the type of pasta from spaghetti version to Angel Hair spaghetti, this latest one is way worse that the original version). Also, when they’re offering spicy food, I believe they mean burn like hell flavored, so be careful what you choose, I lost the cost of 2 meals because of that. I would like to see more variety of lunch or dinner plates, because every time I visit the business I always find Mexican style food with any kind of Chile involved in the preparation, which I don’t like. I feel that they are reducing quality on their products for the same expensive price, I saw many changes on their menu. This business began ok but now the products are taking a different shape, more quantity than quality!! So disappointed.
PD: the last time I bought the parfait fruit yogurt, the fruit (strawberry) was soggy and fermented (like old) in less than 24 hours after the purchase, bad quality fruits on their products!! I had to throw away all the fruit on top of the parfait and wash the liquid on top. (Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of this one)
PD: Please, stop but “STOP” using broccoli and cauliflower, it is so sick to see it in every meal that you offer at your business, there are many types of vegetables to include in your menu.

Man , I can’t recommend this meal prep company enough! Not only is their customer service top notch, but every single meal I’ve tried has been both delicious and nutritious.
I really appreciate that they include nutrition labels on each meal( which makes it so easy to stay on track especially the health conscious girlies ) Their chicken is honestly the best I’ve ever had in meal prep; it actually tastes fresh and flavorful …even after reheating, which is rare!
Some of my absolute favorites are the Marry Me Chicken Pasta, the Green Chile chicken Mac & Cheese, and their perfectly cooked salmon. If you’re looking for convenient meals that don’t compromise on taste or quality, this is the place to go

It’s good for what it is! Healthy portioned meals with calories and other nutrition info listed out.. with low carb and double protein options. It’s not the best food I’ve ever had, and I could probably make it.. but I don’t. So I am appreciative of this company
